Star Wars Classic Dagobah Vehicle with Figure

So what do you suppose this is?  It's listed at Amazon for release in September, but no pic of course...

It's probably the X wing with R2D2 from a few years back although that price seems a bit steep.

That would be about the only vehicle seen on Dagobah, isn't it?  Seems like all the prices are going up in direct contradiction to Hasbro's target market.

I would tend to agree.
It may come with Vinatge style X-Wing Luke and R2. The first go round was $29.99 with R2 and Dagobah gear. I would hope they are not pulling another Gunship price on us. The first Saga Xwing was a sweet deal. For those of you who missed it take advantage this go around.

Sratch the R2, TRU will gauge our wallets.....they want a better margins on the ship.

There were only 2 vehicles making contact with Planet Dagobah: An X-Wing, and Yoda's Kashyyyk escape pod.  That means this is almost definititely the X-Wing at Amazon.

Thank goodness, I was worried I might have to buy this one.

Is this the kick ass X-Wing with sounds and lights?

You know, the one with the non-removable Luke?

I'd safly assume it's the x-wing due to the price point. I just wonder what they can do differently to it to make people want to buy it, asside from a new box.

I kind of figured it was the X-Wing as well, although the price does seem a bit steep.  I wasn't able to pick up the last Dagobah X-Wing, and I was wondering if I should/want to get this version or not.  At that price, I don't know, but the only X-Wing I have is the POTF2 FX version (with Luke stuck in the cockpit).  I kind of like it though, but I was wondering if this Dagobah one might be better or not.

I don't think the price is that surprising, I guess.

When the Dagobah X-Wing with Dagobah R2-D2 was released back in 2002(?), it was about $40.  I guess I can see them adding $5 now that it's 4 years later.

After all, that Falcon keeps getting re-released and it seems to go up about $5 each time (until the inevitable clearance sale  :P).

Unless the pack-in figure is brand new, I'll just go ahead and pass on this one - I've already been suckered into buying the FX X-Wing three times and that's enough for me.   ::)

Unless it's super cool looking, I'm passing. I picked up the Red Leader X-Wing for $20 back in 2004, and there's no way you can beat that price on a properly scaled X-Wing.

I have several of the fx electronic with the stick in Luke. I passed on the Dagaboh one last time,  but will probably get it this time. Sigh. I keep saying I am done with this hobby  . . . . . . ::)

I passed on the Dagobah X-Wing. I have the Red Leader X-Wing (2004). I have to see this first.

Um....Amazon has the box weighing in at a whopping 1 pound.  I'm not about to pull my saga X-Wing down from the ceiling but I'm pretty sure it weighs more than a pound.  Though the box dimensions look about right for the vehicle - 21.00 x 10.25 x 8.00"

I really much rather this was another Rebel ship than Luke's Dagobah X-Wing again.  I really liked the distinctive sticker and paint patterns on Red Leader's fighter, and wish they would make another one like Red 3 or whatever.
