4/30 Target Reset
« on: April 30, 2006, 08:49 PM »
I've heard several reports that Target was supposed to reset today with Skirmish in Senate, Greivous, rereleased vehicles, and VTSC. Mine has with everything stated above. Just a little heads up to all of you who haven't been at Target for a while.
My whole expanse...I cannot see...

I checked today, they had absolutley nothing. Just the same Derlins, Ice Age 2 Figure Packs, Hoth Vaders, and Sun Facs.

Mine had two things. Jack and ****.

I suppose they'll be out this week, like around Wednesday, which means I'll have to go every damn day between school and work to check.

I won't be buying the VTSC from Target, since they're three dollars cheaper everywhere else, but I'd like to get a Skirmish set before they all disappear because Target nevers orders enough of their own damn exclusives.

I got my stuff from Target about two weeks before they were suppossed to be out and have heard many others saying the same thing. I can only guess that most Targets are now out of their items that should have gone out today.

Mine was well stocked with both of those items as well.  Looks like our stores follow the same planogram.

Count me in as part of the No Reset club. It's ridiculous that Target refuses to sell/stock things before a certain date, then continues to not sell/stock said items on said date.

Didn't even bother checking today... used the DCPI numbers for the first time ever last week and it worked, though I'm not spending $12 for VSTC figures when Walmart is 2 bucks cheaper.

I checked both of our Targets this weekend too, looking for the Senate Battle Pack, but neither had it.  The store closest to us did do their reset on Friday, and had the VTSC (as well as newer stuff like Superman Returns and Pirates of the Caribbean figures), but no sign of the Senate Pack.  The other Target across town didn't have anything new - no reset - old news.  I'm hoping I don't miss out on the Senate pack, but with gas prices the way they are I'm not going to drive over there every day either.  Nice to see some new stuff out on the pegs though.  It was nice to see VTSC, although I already bought most of what I want from WM and TRU for $2+ cheaper.  I'd normally rather give the business to Target, but the other stores had them out sooner, in greater quantities (in the case of WM), and a fair amount cheaper.

Nough said right there.  Ironically that was what I exclaimed to myself yesterday morning at 8:30am in Target.

I stopped by a local Target today for the 1st time in 2 weeks. They had reset and had Grevious out on the pegs, along with 2 VTSC Hans.  The basic figures had gone for 2 columns of figures to one, and they were filled with all BUGS! Ran the numbers and they had figures to bring out in the back but won't til the bugs are done.
