Picked up District 9 today (to enjoy) and to check out the GOW III demo.

I forgot about that!  I picked up District 9 last week and have yet to try the demo, but I will.

I've enjoyed a few demos to see what I might be spending my money on.  Wolfenstein was definitely fun.

I started playing inFamous over the weekend.  So far I'm really impressed.  It's the kind of game where you're always telling yourself "well, maybe just one more mission."  And then you look at the clock and it's 3am.  My first play-through I'm being Mr. Good Guy.  It kinda sucks, because you gotta do a lot of things detrimental to your own self-interests, which actually makes a number of missions quite a bit harder.  I probably should have been bad first... it would have been easier.

I only have uncharted2 and ghostbusters for the ps3, I find myself using it to play blurays and stream movies and tv from the pc more than play games at the moment, hope to pick up the play tv unit for it in a couple of weeks too.

When is the PS4 coming out?  And will it be backwards compatible with PS3/2/1 games or will Sony just opt to screw over its users again?   :-*

I actually enjoyed Batman more than Star Wars.  There's just more variety.

My son thinks Batman lego is the best of all the lego franchise so far.

I had and played through PS2 LEGO Batman and personally - I just didn't enjoy it as much as I did with SW and Indy, but I still had a good time with it and it's a staple to a good library IMO.  I guess Harry Potter and Spongebob are up for the next LEGO treatments?  I'd dig a CW themed game myself...

I guess ...Spongebob [is] up for the next LEGO treatments?

Do you have any info on this?  I have a six year old that would absolutely wig his **** over a Lego Spongebob video game.

I thought Lego Batman was better than Lego Indy. Lego Indy didn't have enough puzzles and was too straight forward. Also, there wasn't enough different characters. However, playing as Santa Clause was a plus though. Lego Star Wars: complete was the best one. I'm looking forward to Lego Harry Potter.

Lego Harry Potter is definitely on our watch list.  The trailers look pretty cool.

Bought NFS: Shift and MW2 last Saturday. I'm really into NFS: Shift, awesome game and finally it's about racing again.

I also started MW2 and played a bit online with fellow SW fan blaster_e11. I'm really not good at FPS online, but we played a couple of fun 2-player coop rounds.

I also bought GT for PSP. But I'm really looking forward to GT5 for the PS3. That's gonna be one helluva ride!

I just finished up inFamous which was awesome.  I played through as a "good" guy.  I figure after a while I'll go back and play bad.  Since then I've been playing Saint's Row 2, which I picked up for $10 at Best Buy before Christmas.  This game is a blast.  Totally fun, and totally twisted.
