Question.  If there is an all black trooper, does that mean you guys want 9 of them to display in all the different poses along with the white ones?  Lol!   ;D

There wouldn't actually be any alternate poses though, since there'd only be one set of (black) arms...  So there!

No SWS.com package at home for me.  Not sure why Mark at RS beat me by a day getting his...   :-\

Oooh, a new Black Stormtrooper means there are like over 100 combinations now for Stormtrooper Bust Ups...with 4 different pieces to swap with the white ones (head, right arm, left arm and gun hand)

Colman, you should look in to some cheap home equity financing for the amount of Stormies you need to buy

I would love to see a picture of the black Stormtrooper. I remember int he comics they looked black. Kenner even made a prototype that they had planned on releasing. I would love one.

Is this the black Stormtrooper you are talking about? Gus has one on tthe archive.

Pretty good deal on this auction for the "complete" set of all 10 Series 2 Bust-ups (including the Vader/Maul variants and the other 2 Stormies).  $50 BIN for all of 'em, which basically puts them at their regular $5 retail price each.  Go get 'em!

Picks of the Blackhole Trooper are up on RS.  If you ask me it looks like a tie fighter pilot.  I'm just waiting for them to post pics of the different arm variations for Matt.   ;D  Lol!

Those *******. Why? And why a "Blackhole Stormtrooper"? If it was closer to April, I'd call shenanagins on RS and say it was just some stupid custom job. But I guess it's easy enough to just paint a stormtrooper all black if I don't get one. *******.

Well, I'm trying to be a completeist, so if anyone gets one and doesn't want it, I'd buy it off you.  Is $14.99 reasonable as an offer?

I suppose mine will arrive soon too, but since I ordered less, my odds are a little lower.

I was hoping that everyone who ordered the "9-pack" from SWS.com was gonna be getting one of the Blackhole Troopers...

NOT the case.   :-\  Got mine today finally, and I had 9 all-white ones.  ****.

These come in 2" x 4" white Bust-up boxes with 3 Stormies in each one and say "Stormtrooper Army Builder Set" on them (not regular individual boxes).  One end of each box has a black silhoutted Stormie, with the text "Be on the lookout for the mysterious Blackhole Stormtrooper".  Yeah, well, I was on the lookout, and guess what?   >:(

And no, I haven't opened them up yet to test out the various arm combinations.

I'm annoyed.  Nervous at the prospect of just how rare this little pain in the ass is potentially gonna be...

Technically, there *are* eighteen (18) different bust arrangements.
-- 3 different left-arm positions (High, Low, in Belt) [H,L,B]
-- 3 different right-arm positions (pointing gun UP, pointing gun level Chest-high,
     and pointing gun level Waist-high) [U,C,W]
-- 2 different guns (Short blaster or blaster-Rifle) [S,R]
----------------------
3x3x2=18.  However, a few of those pairings look goofy together.  No one
would really display the following pairings. (i think)

[HUS] (left-arm High, right-arm UP, Short gun)
[HUR]
[LUS]  (left-arm Low, right-arm UP, Short gun)
[LUR]
[HLS] (left-arm supporting High, but right-arm shooting Low, Short gun)
[HLR]
[LHS] (left-arm supporting Low, but right-arm shooting High, Short gun)
[LHR]

So, take away 8 combos.   youd only need 10 torsos to display all the good
looking poses.

Especially if you can head swap the Black Stormie head on the other bodies...

Do you count head turned left and head looking straight ahead and head looking right as a variation?  Because then there could be over 1000 ways to pose them all
