Yeah, I do feel bad about that.  Next time we'll settle on live draft way sooner.  I didn't realize that the thing had appointments like that and if you don't sign up early you don't get a decent spot.

Don't look now but a 20 yard TD means a win for the Golden Girls.

You're right, but before I was defending Kev before I didn't realize the score was that close.

She could very well win this yet.

Whoa, I was in the shower, he received for a lot of yards while I was in there.

I do need 13 yards from him though, and there is only a quarter and a half to play.  If he didn't make another catch, I wouldn't be too shocked.  Disappointed as ****, but not shocked.

Good hard fought game, no matter what.  First for me this season.  Props.

It's still a long shot, but like I said - Crumpler dropped a sure thing earlier... they should be a few tenths of a point apart at this point.  Oh well.

Mistakes of a first time Commish.

Not really, yahoo does some funky **** with the scheduling some times.  I hate to tell you, but the hockey draft could have gone later.  I was screwing around on the night of the draft, just looking to see what was out there and there was a boatload of better times.  But I wasn't about to cancel a draft that was supposed to happen within two hours.  Those times absolutely weren't there for weeks prior, then poof, pick a time, any time.

For those of us without stat tracker it looks like the big difference for me this week was San Fran coming back to earth, playing Pennington instead of sticking with Leftwich, who has been consistent (dull, but consistent with points) and having Jacksonville's D up against Indy.  Only two points from them.  Oops.

Just looked over the schedule from next week and I'm having fits with whom to start now :o

Is anyone else receiving emails from Yahoo or Yahoo sports, asking to verify your account by giving your password and login name? I of course have given them no such thing, and I'm curious.

Kisses to you Zod for noticing my absense.

I'll shoot you a PM about my latest goings on, and leave the rest of you in suspense untill I make it public.

Kevin

I haven't gotten any emails like that Kevin - they're most definitely fake scam attempts.  You did well to ignore them.

Any chance Owens will be out of the psych ward in time for Sunday's game?

Well, having done a medical residency in a hospital, I know that when suicidal people are brought in they are not released until everyone is proof positive that the patient is not going to kill themselves.  There's all kinds of police investigators and social workers and psychiatrists brought to the patient's room before they let them go.

Having said that, Owens is already at home recovering.

That's a good sign.

Owens is starting today.  Not bad considering the media told us he was practically dead on Tuesday night.

 :)

Looks like Scott is getting away with murder today.  Brian, who has a history of doing this if I remember correctly, has left both a bye week player (Elam) and an inactive player (Henry) in his starting lineup.

That's a free win for Scott.  Very annoying.
