Woo hoo! Well, check my FS list in the classifieds. If there is something there, we can arrange a trade. or I will buy it outright.

I really need him for an upcoming T. Bay shrine.  8)

Just bumping this up for Jango Fettish.  I'd like to trade the Sap for a Sports Pick.  If you can come up with an MLB5 variant (especially A's Giambi!), you've got a deal.

I got my NHL 5 yesterday.  Roy and Sakic were the chase figures

yeah, buhbuhbut they're, um, well, open :o :o

Can hardly wait until they start showing up here.   ::)  Maybe by September.

I managed to score a couple of white Sakics last night, but waiting to get the bulk of the stuff in.  Need both my red and white Roy and both Cloutiers, the world will be right.

Is Domi's head huge? ;D

Word is that the first NFL Box Set is starting to show up.  This one has Favre & Urlacher.  Keep your eyes peeled.

Okay, Sports Picks fans...

I'm gonna be heading to the National Show in Atlantic City on Thursday.  I'm gonna be picking up the maximum number of Sports Picks Exclusive sets allowed, 4.  I'm keeping two for myself.  I'm happy to trade off the other to sets for items on my Sports Picks wants list.  Here's that list:

McFarlane's Sports Picks
MLB6 Alex Rodriguez in Mariner's uniform
Super Bowl Junior Seau
Super Bowl LaDainian Tomlinson
Michael Vick-black jersey
Brian Urlacher-NFL 2
Roger Clemens-Red Sox Uniform
Jason Giambi-A's Uniform
Curt Schilling-Phillie's uniform
Barry Bonds-Pirate's Uniform
Gregg Maddux-Cub's uniform

IM me if you guys are interested.

I have precisely nada from your list, but thanks for the offer.

NHL5 has been a wash so far.  It's been hellish with a couple of guys seemingly finding their way into the Walmart prior to opening.  Door opens, two guys with 20 figs each in shopping carts including all of the Patrick Roy's >:(

Yep, sort of feared it and almost saw it coming.  I've basically gone back to just collecting goalies, so no Roy's was a bit of a burn.  I've still got some chances but not good ones.  I think I've got a trade done for a reg, so all is not bleak.  Would like to have the Red Roy as well, but not likely now that ebay prices are climbing....

You got a very, very nice set.  Need any regs ::)

;D  It's good to have friends in the collecting community.  A guy I know couldn't make it to this sort of obscure Walmart for me.  But his mother could :o

She didn't know very much and didn't want to be burdened with a bunch of stuff, so she just grabbed a Red and a White Patrick Roy.   8)

Pardon me while I run giddily around the room dancing like a chicken.   ;D

Cool for you, Morg!  I just got my Atlantic City exclusives today.  WOOHOO, I got another NY Giants football player as a Sports Pick!  And what was even cooler was that Todd Mcfarlane's dad was bagging up all of the figures for everyone waiting in line!

Do ya think a guy named Tiki got beat up as a kid?  Just wondering ;)

Got my cases of NHL 5 today.  I am now only missing the White Cloutier fig.  I have waaaaay too many Koivu and Domi figs but managed to come up with a few variants.  From the cases I scored variants of:

Domi 1  ::)
Hossa 1  :D
Messier 1 ;D
Sakic 3  :o

add to that my Red Roy and two other white Sakic's and in the space of a couple of days, the world is looking pretty good.

What color are your Sakic variants?  There seemed to be some confusion about that.

The "official" word on Sakic is the white is the "chase" figure.  More and more though it's starting to look like an even split, Walmart getting all blue, non Walmart getting white.  So I have too many white figs.

TRU up here hasn't received their cases.  If they get only white, I'd suggest an even split.  Your pick, as it stands shows you got two variants in your case.  Roy and Sakic.

The Walmarts up here are littered with blue Sakics so I don't think either is really rare.  I do have two blue Sakics as well. ;)
