Scored my sets today.  I like the purple but I would of gone nuts on the wallet if they were just an ordinary battlepack with all orange clones.

I likey this set. The purple is sharp. Its pretty fantastic we get so many good clones.  I'm also glad this forum can alert me to the horrid misspellings.

I finally got to open this set up and I adore it! It's such a solid set, well if you forget about Mace, but for $20 bucks how can you knock it? You get 3 SA Clones with a new mold Commander clone, even if you hate clones or are tired of them, it's still a good deal no matter how you cut it. So go forth my collecting brethren and gather as many of these as ye are allowed!

I just picked up this set.  It looks pretty good.  But I think I would've preferred the Jedi cloak that comes with the Anakin and Obi-Wan that were in the Coruscant wave.

Conversation between yours truly and a Target CS employee earlier this afternoon via telephone:

TARGET PERSON:  Thank you for calling Target, can I help you find anything?

ME:  Yes, I was wondering if you could tell me the stock status of a particular item using the DPCI number?

TARGET PERSON:  Yes sir, what is the number?

ME: (repeats the number of the Mace BP)

TARGET PERSON:  Hold please.

(30 seconds or so pass)

TARGET PERSON:  Sir, where did you get this DPCI number?

ME (lying slightly):  I have a friend in Minnesota who works for Target corporate.

TARGET PERSON (lying blatantly):  We have no record of this item.  Goodbye.

*Target Person  hangs up on me*

Hmmmm.....  ::)

I think that someone (employee) must want those BPs pretty badly...that sucks DoctorPadawan.

All in all, I had a pretty good experience with a Target (Beaver Valley if you're reading Jesse James) and getting my Mace Windu BP. I picked up one, so I guess they left five on the shelf. As I was leaving they called for a restock in toys so that's probably what it was. I'm actually in the process of converting the clones into more battle-hardened troopers, I'll post pics when I'm done.

Wow.  Just, wow.  Stories like this never cease to amaze me.  I'll never understand Target's hostility towards the idea of customer service.

I saw that, and that's just disgusting. I also saw pics of someone buying 20 sets, but then again, he paid for them. That one guy is going to wait for them to go on clearance (which will probably never happen, it's still a steal at 4 bucks a figure) and then buy them. What an *******.

After being bounced around at a couple of stores, I hit paydirt Sunday and scored one. I like it, although they should make removeable helmets that completely cover the head. but it is definately a good deal in today's Hasbro market.
