Has anyone ever even seen an auction for CHASE Spoiler?  I saw one once go for about $60, but have never seen another either on yahoo or eBay...  :-\

The hunt is over!

BATMAN KUBRICK SERIES 1 COMPLETE SET

$40 is a great price for Spoiler alone, let alone the full Japanese Bat set!

Sure, I feel kinda dumb having to buy a whole set of 7 just to get a Spoiler chase fig, but hey - I finally got one!   :)

Anyone interested a set of 6 Japan Bat-Kubricks?  You get Batman (Modern), Batgirl, Robin (Tim Drake), Mr. Freeze, Scarecrow, Azrael - just $30 shipped in the USA!

Jeff

Great score Jeff!  Quite the bargain.

Any one know what happened to that Fantastic Four Kubrick set? Has the movie been released in Japan?

I think that some singles of the FF Kubys were released in bags for the movie promo, but I don't think that the box set has been released yet...

What would be a good price for a Master Chief Kubrick figure (from the X-Box game Halo)?  I saw a few on eBay and I really like the figure, but all of the Kubricks that I have so far cost me between $5 - $15, so I'm reluctant to spend much more than that.  Granted, I understand this to be an exclusive of some kind, but still, it looks like it'll set me back a chunk of $$$.  Any ideas about this piece?

Here's a pic I found on eBay:

The scariest thing that I've ever seen,
Is the terrible AT-AT walking machine.
It's as big as a house on walking legs,
and whatever it steps on it crushes like eggs.

I've still got a set of Medicom Batman Series 1 Kubricks for sale.  The set contains the following figures (6 figures total):

1x Batman (Modern)
1x Robin (Tim Drake)
1x Batgirl
1x Azrael
1x Scarecrow
1x Mr. Freeze

The figures are from the Japanese Series 1 release and are NOT from the more common DC Direct box set.  All six figures are still sealed in the original Medicom baggie and each figure comes with an original Medicom Batman Series 1 box and insert.

Price is $30 shipped for anyone who is interested...

A little bit of older news I guess, but looking through some LOTR stuff today I came across the announcement for Series 3 of the Lord of the Rings Minimates.  It looks like the lineup is:

Aragorn
Eowyn
Witchking
Ringwraith
Twilight Ringwraith
Lurtz

I've always been a bit tempted by these (as with many mini-figure lines...SW Kubricks in particular), and its nice to see the line continue.  I'm still considering picking some of these up, I think some of the earlier figures can be picked up fairly cheap now from what I've seen.

On a side note, I picked up my first Minimate product in awhile, getting the DC C3 Throne Room set for $5-something off of Amazon.  I was ordering a DVD anyways, and just tacked it on while it was on sale.  I always wanted to get a Superman minimate, and it was a pretty good price.  It is a nice little set, I'm debating whether I'm going to display the whole thing or just the figures.  It is neat how you can make Superman look like he's "flying" though.  I also see that Tower Records has Marvel minimates Series 10 and 11 up for sale.  Maybe they've been there for awhile though, I just noticed that today.  I'm tempted to pick up the set with Iceman, and some of the others look nice too.

It looks like Medicom is releasing X-Men Kubricks - Series 1 looks pretty sweet since both Xavier and Magneto are included.

Dangerously tempting.

I think this is the box set that was released earlier this year...

I read something at another Kubrick site that said it was being re-released via Diamond, so maybe that is where EE is getting theirs.
