Wait, what?

You want to customize Galactic Marines in anticipation of the Galactic Marine coming out in Wave 1, and you want us to provide pictures of the Galactic Marine?

I'm a bit confused by your request as well. There is a good Galactic Marine shot back on page three in this thread. Or you could just look at all the various pictures of the Wave 1 Marine...

I get it, you'd like to see pictures of customized Marines, right? Not the real thing, but the ones we made?

Ok, well, here's my two cents:

First up, Marine no.1, which actually was my first custom ever:

Second, logically, Marine no.2, this time he's got a removable helmet:

And last, a third version with an alternative chest armour, to make it more movie accurate:

Hope they're a bit of help to you  :)

Here at SirSteve's Guide you can click on the marine to get a really good pic of him.

And our very own JD has a helmetless pic of him over here.

I´m very pleased with how this one looks, except for his rifle, that is. I think it´s gonna be a huge hit and I´m afraid I´m gonna have to patient before I order him off eBay (my main supplier of figs)

Definately better than hasbro's version. Very nice. I've been thinking, it would be cool if the galatic marine had a cloth mask on the helmet. It would add another dimension to this figure.

Looking for some good reference pics of CZ-3 and RA-7 Droids
« Reply #73 on: January 22, 2007, 09:15 AM »
Hey everyone!
I am looking for some good reference pics of both the CZ-3 droids (seen in sandcrawler and mos eisely, usually white colored with vague protocal droid shape) and the RA-7 droids (also known as Death Star Droid)
I need pics that show the leg details and back veiws of said droids.
I am feeling inspired to give a sculpt of those a try in the near future.

You might try The essential guide to Droids and technology. They should have a new one coming out.I know The
Star Wars Visual guide has front pics, but not back. Also the Star Wars Chronicles has pictures, but its a very expensive book.I got mine on sale at 75.00.That was 50% off
