The arms aren't bad though. They go neutral, they hold a rifle...  They do that which completely unarticulated arms cannot, so I rank them in terms of quality around the POTJ Imp. Officer perhaps...

I do not believe this is true for the right arm.  I don't think it can go neutral, I think there's a built in 90 degree bend in this one.

neutral's a kind of relative term...  the Imp Officer I cited has clearly 90 degree bent elbows but I can look at poses it takes as "neutral".

It can't got straight down at the sides though, no...  The arms can be made to sort of "rest" on the figure though in a non-agressive posture though, that's what I meant.

Since Target hasn't really been getting hit by the Endor wave yet, I wonder how far off this wave is? It's starting to freak me out because I've been caught up on everything for a week now. That's never happened before. Usually, the next wave comes out just before I find the last figure I need from the previous wave or the day after I find it.

I"ve not seen these at Targets either in the Twin Cities area... I found mine a month ago at a Wally-World (the last place I stopped at that day). But there are reports that other TC Defenders are finding parts of the waves at Targets now. It should be long now.

I know the feeling Anton. I've been caught up for about two weeks now. Other than looking for an extra gunner or some Sandies here and here I've hardly even been going out on runs lately. I normally go on midnight runs every night but it's been about a week since I've been on one now. It's a rather strange feeling.

Based on the rate that the rest of the waves hit, I think it is safe to say you guys should be seeing them in CA sometime within the next week maybe two.

Undecided on the Podracer pilots.

Probably pass on Gragra; frankly she kind of scares me. :'(

I'm not opposed in principle to another holo Maul, but that one is a crappy choice of sculpt. I already have the TPM Wally version (picked up him and Qui-Gon dirt-cheap from a scalper at a convention a year or two ago). So this is an easy pass.

I already have a few TPM Obi-Wans, so probably pass on this one. And speedermike is right--the pants are the wrong shade. They should match the tunic. The outfit was almost identical in AOTC. THEN in ROTS, the pants were olive, the boots were different, and he had the brown undershirt beneath the tunic.

Gragra's starting to warm up to me. I like her triple chubas. Naboo Soldier is still the best in the wave, if not one of the top army builders ever.

Definitely, right up there with the VOTC stormie and VTSC biker scout.

Really?  Wow, I just do not see it.  I will buy a few of them but I would not place it near my top 5 army builders at all.

Saga 2006 figures
« Reply #209 on: September 6, 2006, 05:19 PM »
Does anyone know about any articulation on the Wave 7 figures of Saga '06?  Are any repaints (Luke Jabba's palace to Luke Endor for example)?
