Saw Paranormal Activity.  It was suitably creepy and enjoyable, but I was never all that scared.

First look at the new A-Team.  I have to admit, I watched the show a fair amount as a kid.  I'm not exactly psyched for the movie version or anything, but it should be interesting to see how it does.  Never would have pictured Liam Neeson as Hannibal, but he looks the part in that pic.

Nice, can they make that pic any smaller... oh yeah they did. A better larger pic dammit!  >:(

Liam Neeson as Hannibal... dunno but a few years ago, Daniel Craig as Bond... it worked!  ;)

New Avatar trailer

Doesn't do anything more for me than the first.  Still looks predictable.

I don't want to like it either but I have to admit, that looks good.  Still, why does Hollywood insist on ******** on the classics?  Are American movie-goers today so devoid of original thought and imagination that they can't watch a classic, they need the latest FX and CGI and current US coverboy/girl in their film for it to be good?

I hate Hollywood.

Agreed.  I actually think it looks pretty bad.

Okay, went to go see The Blind Side tonight.

Excellent movie.    I can definitely see what all the hype is about...and it's not hype.  I can't say enough for this movie.

We saw The Blind Side tonight as well.  Easily one of the best movies this year!

Finally saw Zombieland at the dollat theater here in Ames. It was nuts, and I couldn't beat the price.

Saw Everybody's Fine and The Lovely Bones this past week. Everybody's fine was simple, but effective. Nice story. I really liked the Lovely Bones, but the story was deeply flawed. The women who I saw the movie with read the book said that the adaptation was just okay, but still well done.
