I've also managed to collect them all so far, and am quite excited about these! Although, I would have preferred a more "true" bust and not had the arms...

Well, check out the main page for some pictures from a new feature DarkHorse has got. Pretty cool stuff. I'm working on putting one more image up w/ a front/side/rear image of the Clone.

I'm surprised you don't like the arms, BDW, but I understand why you don't.  ;)

I really like the concept of the arms and whatnot, but I guess I would have rather seen it applied to something else. I really prefer consistency in a line, snf the recent addition of arms to new busts kind of makes them look like they dont match. I guess Im just a bust "purist" that way ;) But dont take that as me not being impressed, because Im very impressed with them! I ordered a case as soon as they became available ;)

I'd like to see Dark Horse make an addition to the line with statues of the same scale. They'd probably run about $100.00 or so, but I think it would look nice with the mini busts. Something like that would have been perfect for the interchangeble part clone troopers too.

Im anxious to see the new OT stuff, like the Grand Moff Tarkin! (scanned from a life cast of Peter Cushing).

Which reminds me, Adam. If anyone backs out on a Yellow Clonetrooper, LMK. I'm still interested in that white one though, so keep me posted.

BTW, has there been an official date as to when that Boba Fett bust is going to be released?

I gotta start saving my pennies, because there is an Attakus Jango Fett statue that is going to basically break me later this year.  :P

Thank god I never got into Attackus... I'd probably be living in a van down by the river, hitched to a trailer with my collection

Last night I went to Comic Carnival (local comic shop here in Indy) to see if my order for the Clones Bust and Baba Fett Bust was still on order. I was told by the guy there that the Boba Fett bust is due out in April sometime, or so he believes. The Clones is due ?

I think the Boba Fett bust will be the hardest one to acquire thus far since so many people like him so well.

They boosted Boba's numbers up to 7500, so I think he may be relatively easy to get. Maybe not as easy as the first seven, but a lot easier than Vader or Yoda.

From what I've heard, the Clone busts are due around May/June

I'm thinking about getting the Boba Fett bust as my final purchase with my recent birthday money.  Does anyone have this, and what's your take on it?  Is it worth the $50?  I'm planning on getting it through Dark Horse Comics.

Ive ordered it, but this one has yet to be released. It should be released sometime this month methinks, as the Clone busts are coming next month.

Its definately a cool looking bust, and Im very impressed with all of the other busts made by Gentle Giant.

If you want a Boba Bust, you might also consider the rather cool looking Legends in 3D bust, which can usually be found on Ebay for just a bit more than this mini bust, and it is about twice the size. Its part of a series of 5 busts made by Legends in 3D, the others being Cantina Band Member, Greedo, Tusken Raider and Emperor Palpatine (which I have yet to find, grrrr)

Out of all the GG busts that I have the Boba Fett is my favorite thus far. Most of the E2 busts were lame.

Anyone see this new bust?  It looks sweeeeeeeet!

Here's an excerpt from starwars.com's website...

"The Grand Moff Tarkin mini bust is on sale October 15. It stands 5 1/2" tall, is numbered and limited to 7,500, and packaged in a full-color box. Its suggested retail price is $50.00. Gentle Giant reserves the right to increase the edition size if needed to fill initial orders."
