Disney/Star Wars Statues
« on: May 20, 2006, 01:09 PM »

There is a Jedi Mickey Statue being sold at Star Wars Weekends which opened this weekend in Disney-MGM Studios in Florida.  It's part of their Big Fig series, as mentioned here, which has a good picture.  The latest I heard is it was selling for $150.  Anyone else sucked in by cute stuff like this?

Here is a pic (a bad one) of the limited editon stamp on the foot. Only the box is numbered, not the staute or the base.

And here is the signed base.

They were limited to one per person, and it was heavy to have to carry through the park. :P

Being a regular attendee of the event, I HAD to get one. ;D

Here is something new. Its a Jedi Mickey big figure. It's about 2 1/2 feet tall and has a light up lightsaber. It's also removable from the base. Has anyone seen this at Disneyland star trader yet?

I don't think this has been posted anywhere but I didn't search closely.

Saw this note come through a Disney web-spam:

They seem to be limited to 600 pieces and only available at the two parks.

SW.com has a look at the Final Four pieces in the Disney/SW Statues line...

Slave Minnie?  Yeah, I think it's safe to say this idea has run its course...  :P

Yeah, there's something a little disturbing about that.
