There are a couple of morons who've gotten themselves banned from 5 or 6 places, this year. Sad.

Somehow, I'm not suprised.

It's one thing to be banned for no good reason (because then you have a legitimate complaint), but to intentionally try and get banned is just stupid.

When I was a member at 'scum, I would always alert the mods and admins about that person, but they took a while to ban him. I'm done at Scum, because I didn't like it there, and I'm done with that person. Constantly alerting the mods is just not worth the effort because he keeps coming back. It's not my business, so if he comes here while I'm on, I'll just ignore his posts.

Okay, did anyone else notice these annoying "Vibrant Media" spam links on RS today?  What a worthless piece of **** that thing is.

It's ridiculous.  It turns every news page on RS into an advertisement to buy something.  Even the Question Mark section.  It used to be that software had to be installed on your local computer for that type of thing to work...and THAT was all malware that we were finally able to do away with using programs like Ad-Aware and Spybot.  But not this insidious thing.

Crap.

I noticed that on the RS front page, and I though it was just my computer. Since it apparently is not, RS really is... I can't even think of a word to describe that place now. Glad I left the forums.  :P

Kevin

Apparently.  Next thing you know we'll have the RebelScum Rootkit that renders all other SW news sites and forums useless on your computer.

I posted in the forum feedback section.  Apparently it's to add more income to the site to keep in running.  In other words, now that SW has left the movie theater they need to do something to keep the cash coming in as fans start to leave the hobby.  Whatever.

That goes along with some of the recent polls; would you buy Stargate collectibles?  How about Battlestar Galatica and Star Trek?  Sounds like a big, "what site should we start next to make more money now that this horse has been flogged" poll.
