I'm out for this year, as Josh mentioned I should be dissallowed since my shipment didn't workout. My SS should be dissallowed too..if he/she's even a JD member anymore, since I never even got as much as an explanation for never receiving anything from them. My feelings for Hemish's predicament are far worse though, so for this I should be dissallowed.

Plans are in the works for another round this year.  There will be some rule changes in light of some of the things that happened last year.  Look for more details later this month....
