Those were bootlegs you were talking about, ya big phony.

 ???

Does anyone know if those new Kubrick figures have hit Japan yet (or anywhere else for that matter)?  I'm talking about the Bounty Hunter and the "Early Bird" sets that are the first official Kubrick figures that are to be released.  Also, does anyone know of any reasonably priced sites or people that you can buy them off of?

For some reason I really like these figures.  I picked up almost all of the bootleg SW Kubricks a couple years back, and have really been looking forward to these new and officially licensed versions since they were announced earlier this year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I got the Bootlegs as a gift.
Then i got the Bounty Hinters as a Gift, I had intentions to buy those anyhow.
Picked up a box of 12 of Series 2.
Then it just got nuts...ended up splitting a case with two friends of Series 3, did the same for Series 4 & 5, then we split a case of Series 6 and I bought a MC of my own.

Yeah, yeah.  So my statements is about as accurate as your just 1 of us statement :P

I think I'd give Dale the nod outside the bootlegs, not you ;)  And it's not like you guys were by yourself for years on end ::)

Some prick bought a box of series 2 and forced a Sandtrooper on me.
Now it is about all I collect! That person owes me a couple grand by now.

I remember putting on getting into Kubricks, telling myself they are hard to get a hold of since they are only in Japan. They would be expensive. So I didn't get the first bounty hunter wave right away. Very tempted but waited until series 2 and was sucked in. Simon was very helpful in getting me series 1, so i will blame him for the addiction.   ;D ;) After that i just back tracked and looked ahead to the futre.

For me it was the same.  Series 2 got me started on them, had to hit ebay for a complete series 1, and they are easily my favorite "collectible" the past few years.
And in my case, I've got to Brent to thank/blame.

My brain is on serious Medicom overload now...    :o

In the last two days we've had news on a crap-load of stuff:
 - VSD Clone Trooper
 - VSD TIE Pilot
 - Empire Be@rbrick 2-Pack (100% and 400%)
 - Carded Parco Jorg Sacul Kubrick
 - Kubrick Series 6
 - Kubrick Series 7
 - possible RAH Boba Fett!
 - possible 100% Blackhole Stormtrooper Kubrick!
 - possible 400% Darth Vader!
 - possible Biker Scout w/Speeder Bike Box Set!
 - possible VSD or RAH Yoda (can't really tell from the pics)

Yowza!  I'm gone for 3 weeks and all hell breaks loose!  :o

You know, I was starting to lose interest in the Kubricks, but this series and the next have really regenerated it again.  8)

Medicom, you rock.

Jesse in the next wave if you are going a master case lemme know :)
The problem with America is stupidity I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself

I'm definitely considering it.  I have to place my order by July 30th with Robby.jp, so if I do, I'll be sure to let you know.   I assume you'd want one box of 12 figures?  Out of curiosity, anyone else considering going in on a master case as well?

Losing interest?  Absolutely blasphemous.

These guys are my favorites.  Only thing I wouldn't readily unload is the loose vintage stuff and the Kubricks.  Everything else is no big deal.
