Anyone still looking for Series 5 stuff?

I've still got these left-over from my "extra" Master Case:

Star Wars Kubricks Series 5 Figures - Mint in Boxes:
2x Series 5 Set of 7 (Jedi Luke, Yoda, Slave Leia, Ackbar, Red Snag, Gunner plus extra Jedi Luke to display cloaked)
9x 6x Series 5 Death Star Gunner
9x Series 5 Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker

Send me a PM if you are interested...  ;)

I've decided I'm not going to but a Master Case for myself this time. It works out to be much cheaper and easier to buy the set complete with chases. Although I don't have to go the eBay route, so I have a bit of an advantage to the eBay buyers. However I think it would be much easier to get a complete set off eBay, rater than be stuck with all those extra. Hopefully the Tie-Fighter Pilots will be packed in high numbers for those who want armies.

I'd thought about this too Simon.  The $270 or so for the complete set is about the normal ebay price, vs around $300 with shipping for the master case that leaves you shy one of the 1/48 chase figures.  So the total jumps to around $400 or so and then you can subtract off the set costs and sell off a box and then deal with the extras later.

I did ok on my case.  Thanks to this site I managed to leave a full sealed box that I got $90 for.  Sold two sets off at cost and now only have 2 spare Luke's and still have the spare Han chase as well.  My cost ended up below the ebay cost, but higher than yours.  Not bad for where I am though.  And it's nice to be able to keep some extra figures if they're army builders or have a removable helmet or cloak and such.  The price per unit is then pretty low.

Woo-Hoo!

Guess who the postman delivered today!

Minty-mint card and bubble!  Took me a while to wait out a good price, but I finally got one for less then the average price (and to make sure none of you jokers bought it out from under me, I kept my yapper shut about it  :P).

Feels good to finally add him to the collection - Luke, Holo Leia, and Droids Fett were getting lonely without him.  Now the only question is what to go after next - Series 1 Chase Fetts or Carded Sandtrooper/Vintage Fett?  :-X

Well you'll be fighting me for the red/yellow gauntlet series one Fett if you go that way.  He's on my list, as is a cheap/damaged carded Luke and a 400% Fett for a decent price.  That would bring me up to date on all I want for Kubricks.  No carded stuff for me thanks.

I was considering it, but I think I'm leaning towards saving my pennies for one of those "uber-rare" carded figures.  Thinking about starting with the Bape Fett since I could technically kill two birds with one stone haveing the carded and not the loose version.

Yeah, that would do it.  I've already gone back on my word when Kubricks started - no chase :-X  Yeah, well :-\  But I'm close, I can smell it.  I just need to get up the gumption to drop $180 on a loose Kubrick :'(

Someone posted on here a month or so ago about how to pick the chases out of a master case with openning as few boxes as possible.  Does anyone know where that's at?  I think it would make a good read.

Check around page 130 or so.
Each series someone posts a master case breakdown, pretty much spot on for
the most part, with some cases a little different.
