He got suspended for a few weeks and that was it...never refunded us anything while promising replacements.

By the time he screwed us totally it was too late to file anything.  I learned my lesson on that one... :P

You mean you guys didn't even get your money back?

I wouldn't want to be in his shoes if I bumped into one of you guys.   :o

I got my money back, minus about 30 bucks that paypal couldn't extract from him.  Fortunately I delayed payment like a bad ebayer (that covered off mine and Dale's R2s).  But he was back on under another name shortly after.  Dale's probably been cyber-stalking him since then.  I know when he came back on I was really tempted to buy something and then demand he discount the item by $30 >:(

M worst experience on eBay involved good ole Andy, as well.  Tried to save ten bucks on my 400% Fett by choosing him and ended up having to file with Paypal, eBay, and Suretrade before a 2nd "replacement" was sent out.  It was 2 days before the 45th day when I made my claims; good thing because I do not believe I would have recvd. item otherwise.  Used Suretrade; as was mentioned a while back on this thread.  Also, they locked down his paypal account and he bascially ended up pleading with me to end the claim, once the "replacement" had arrived.  I was a bit busy that week!  ... : )

It sucks those things aren't more widespread.  The Johnny Lightnings will have to do for now :-\
