Thanks Guys!

The good news is, it seems to weigh a lot less than 23 lbs.  It only have four screw holes in the middle portion.  I still think I might want to attach some backing to my drywall first and then screw it in.

Still meditating on this.

Yeah, that case looks sharpe. The Kuby's will display nicely with the mirrored background. Looking foward to the whole set up.  :)

That's a beauty.  Do we need that many slots though or are you optimistic for the future?

Maybe you could use some self tapping screws into the metal studs?  Or drill a smaller hole in first through the drywall and the metal stud, then put a larger screw into that?  I assume the four holes for mounting are in a square orientation; if you can set it so two of the screws are anchored into a stud, you should be fine.  I'd just hate to see that thing fall.   :-\

Morgburg - 160 slots is a bit optimistic for sure.  However, I'll have plenty of expansion room and can do some alternate displays for some Kubes too.  I've got a handful of Marvel and Batman Kubricks so I can fill out those collections as well.

With some lunchtime help from I am Sith today, we got the Kubrick Case mounted on the wall.  We used 4 heavy duty dry-wall toggle bolts.  It feels very secure and it looks fabulous.  I'll post an update picture from Yoda and Luke real soon.

The fun part will be unboxing, opening and arranging all the Kubricks.

Can't wait to see the case when it's fully loaded, but it was pretty impressive even when it was empty...

I received a Second Chance offer on a 2007 box set Snowtrooper figure today.  The funny thing about this is that the last auction I remember bidding on from this seller was about 2 weeks ago...  Whatever, I'm now done with that box set, total purchase price, $235... :o :P

Governor Tarkin,  I recognized your foul stench when I was brought on board.

The Governor has arrived at my battle station today.  I'll have to update pics for sure now!

My 400% collection just grew a little larger today with the addition of Wicket.  I know it's a be@rbrick, but it's still really cool looking.  Now I need to find his buddy Paploo...
