Fi'ek Sirch, and I am pretty sure that pic in the Insider is the same one from his action figure nameplate.

It's really hard to see him actually in that picture, but if you use your imagination I guess that could be him.  His head is totally cut out of that picture.  Thanks for the screenshot from the DVD though.
