If you're still going to have me believe that he was under the impression that Derrick Ward was Brandon Jacobs, I guess this conversation is over.

How long has he been an NFL fan, 2 weeks?

He's a casual fan at best, and this is his first time playing fantasy football.  There's nothing else I can say and I don't have any more interest in convincing you of his ethics.

If you want to go ahead and assume the worst about everyone, just go ahead - but in this instance I can say without hesitation that you'd be 100% mistaken.

Is there any way to check to see what updates occured with official stats in the last day? My game with Ryan from last weekend just flip-flopped; I had the W as of yesterday and something got updated overnight, since it now has Ryan winning the game.

I'm not sure exactly where it is, and Yahoo fantasy sports is blocked at work - but there is a 'Stat Corrections' page in there somewhere.

Thanks Rob, I found it. Apparently, the Giants defense was granted an additional sack on Nov. 1 and a second on Nov. 2, which bumped up Ryan enough to turn the tables. :-\

That's always a kick to the crotch when that happens.

(Well, not for Ryan...  :-\ )

Sorry Matt. I'll take it though. :)

I completely forgot to edit my line-ups last week. I lost a championship game by one point on a stat correction last year, so I guess it's karma.

The bigger kick to the crotch is when your opponent forgets to alter his lineup and plays a QB who is out with an injury, a RB on bye and a second RB who didn't play as a game-time decision with an injury and you can't score enough to avoid having routine scoring adjustments impact you in this way.   >:(

If it is karma Ryan, I hope it now works in my favor down the road...  :)

I think it's time to trot out Jim Mora Sr. to discuss my playoff aspirations at this point.

Anyone interested in Dallas Clark?

He and either Ryan Grant or DeShaun Foster could be available as a package deal for a moderately solid RB.

Nevermind... I'm keeping Clark and Grant.

I'd also like to say that the greatest thing that ever happened was finding the Chargers DEF floating around the free agent pool a few weeks ago.

No, the greatest thing that happened to you was me drafting Rivers instead of Romo :'(

That was pretty awesome too.

And Romo is heading for Hawaii later this year too.

Romo and the other 40 someodd players there will be about the only ones watching.

I'd advise against going to Hawaii :-X

Now that you're out of the way, I only need to send Scott and Rob and I'll feel much more comfortable in these leagues of our's.

I had a layover in Tahiti one time - but that's the closest I'll get to Hawaii any time soon.
