I do see myself eventually buying one but I don't know when. I'm hoping a few more hit the bay and can grab one at that $200 price point. And yes I know that's even a rediculous price.

This is getting insane!!!  :o

This could be the beginning of the end for me with the boxed set stuff.  Being in the UK i sadly have to rely on the bay (where there's a will there's an ebay!!)  I managed to get the Maul with speeder for sub$150 including shipping which i thought was a steal.
The thing is, it's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care.

Check Yahoo Japan auctions.  I got my 5-pack set from there just this week for $175.  Even with any fees you might pay a service to get this, it's still cheaper than these insane ebay items.  Granted, ~ $200 isn't all that "sane" on its own, but by comparison, it's somewhat better.

There are many out there, but the one I use is m-world-service.com.  I'd also recommend you compare the auction fee structure among several `services since they differ from one to the next.  But I can vouch fro "Masato" at m-world.  Very good communication, excellent packing and quick service on bid requests.  He ships once per month at EOM, so I have to wait a month to get this particular 5-pack since it didn't make the July EOM shipment.

I don't know about PayPal guarantees, of course that would be a question to ask PayPal, but I've never thought about that.  I do know that when I first started using foreign services such as this one (this is the second one I've used), I was also cautious/leery, and as such, I started small, one item, to see if it was successful or not.  It was, and I've never had any problems with Masato's service, ever.  I don't really like paying commission on top of the bid prices, but his time is worth something, including bidding, receiving, and re-shipping.  And until I have a friend living over there willing to do this, it's the only way to get these items from Japanese sellers not willing to ship internationally, which is most of them.

Congrats Dale!  Once you bust Jango out, can you do a side by side between that one and the basic one from Series 9?  Thanks.

Bust him out!

My box sets stay sealed, the way I collect them.  :-*

I did take a pic of the series 9 Jango & using the 2 pics off the bay of a loose box set Jango for your viewing pleasure. ;)

Series 9 Jango is on the left side & the box set Jango is on the right.

Big difference in the jet pack, nothing else that I can see from those pics.
