I think i would give almost anything for the Pats to go 15-1 and that one defeat come from the Jets. It would make the Jets going 2-14 fine by me.

I was hoping to see more action in OT last night but that's Favre for you.  What was with that last play by Cutler last night before the FG?

Was he avoiding the interception by attempting a run with no timeouts left?

On a different note (and not related to the NFL) did you guys see this?

Fifteen lateral play wins game for Trinity University

That is the funniest TD play I have ever seen!  Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for posting those Mikey!  Looks like the CBS late game isn't working right now.  Hopefully we'll get the NE/Indy game here in Colorado...Denver's got Detroit in the Early game so there's a good chance!   :D

Its working - I saw it earlier today and its working right now as well.  Pretty much the whole country will be watching the Pats/Indy game.   ;D

Should be a good game.  Of course as a Giants fan I'm hoping that an earthquake opens a fissure on the field and swallows both teams!   ;D

That's not very nice.  :'( I'd be stuck rooting for just the Vikings then. "Fly, Eagles, fly on the victory!"

It's a lofty dream, but it would be great to see McNabb and the birds take down the Cowboys. (I'm sure you'd like that, too Matt.)

AD Peterson is something else. The Vikes were lucky he fell to them.  They probably would be winless or have 1 win without him.  He is by far the most fun player to watch in the NFL.

No doubt, what a ******* beast he is.  He almost broke both of those last two rushes too...which would have handily given him the NFL record instead of just by a yard :)

He is amazing.  We'll see if he stays healthy - he was injured a lot in college and they're starting to overuse him.  Would be fitting for him to rock hard all season, have the Vikings just miss the playoffs, then get an injury that sidelines him next year.   ::)

I agree, Peterson is a joy to watch.  I'm glad that he fell to Minnesota, and hopefully he can stay healthy.  As a Nebraskan, we keep up on Big 12 football pretty well, so I've gotten the chance to see him play quite a bit in college as well (when he was healthy), and he's always had a load of talent.  Hopefully the Vikes can build around him in the future.

Amen, and maybe keep Bolinger as QB. He's done better than the other 2 have.

Pats over Indy next week by 14.

 :P

Indy by a field goal.

If Indy has scored a TD on that final run, you would've been dead nuts on.

But they didn't.
