Need advice on buying speakers
« on: December 7, 2007, 08:47 AM »
My husband recently bought an Xbox and an LCD television.  I wanted to suprise him Christmas morning with some desktop speakers for the television to enhance his gaming experience.  The room that the tv/xbox is in is only about 10x10 and I'm hoping to spend less than $100.00.  I saw these and thought they might be good(?) -- but speakers seem to be a "guy" thing, so I would appreciate any input I could get from you guys.  Thanks!

Bose makes amazing products, I think they'd be an excellent choice.

Hmmm... maybe I'll ask for them too.  ;)

I agree with Jesse, you cannot go wrong with Bose speakers.  I have a et on my desktop at home and love them.

My computer is in my office in our basement and I can get my wife to complain about them from all the way upstairs near our master bedroom on the top floor!  And the clarity is without rival.

I picked them up at Best Buy, but i do not remember the exact price.
This is the way.

I have spoken.
