hey,

has anyone gotten any info on preorders for series 10? i want to a box of 12 but i wan't sure if anyone was dealing on here.

if nothing is going on here, does anyone know the cheapest online preorders shippign to USA for series 10?

thanks in advance

HLJ has Series 10 up for pre-order!  11,172 yen so about $120.15 USD or $152.69 per box of 12.  :o

$480.59 US per Master Case so about $610.74 CDN.  :o  :o

Kubrick Star Wars #10: 1 Box 12pcs

Quote
Preorder this item by Jan. 6 to get it for 5% off the regular price of 11,760 yen!

What a difference from Blister who has them listed at 9,800 yen or $105.61 US pr box of 12. Oy!

Also note that this series is an April 2009 release & HLJ is stating a Dec release. I'm sure that is wrong.

A nice thing about HLJ is you can cancel your order before they get it instock.

So anyone going to order as this looks like the only place thus far or...  :-\

**** it! Order placed, a MC done for me. Better be ******* factory sealed.  :-X

Oh god, what have I done.  :-\

Are we really expecting a January release on this series?

Medicom said April 2009 in the original announcement (which, knowing them, probably means closer to June '09).

I'm not sure why HLJ is saying January...  by Dale's post it looks like they were saying December at one point, so I'd guess they are just confused on the date.

Man, HLJ sure changing the dates around. 1st is was December now January. I still stand by Medicom for April or like Jeff mentioned closer to June.

Thanks.  I was looking at HLJ.com and saw the date and thought it most unusual.  January I'm more expecting an exclusive boxed set or carded release, not some random series of prequel crap :-X  April (or June) is much more normal.

I'm really hoping that we can find these for less once they come out and won't have to pay $150 + shipping for an unopened box of 12.

i was going to order from HLJ because i got my boxes from them in the past but $120 is more than they used to ask for a box and without knowing what shipping will be it's a tough call.

does blister ship to the US? how much does it usually cost. i'm trying to hold out for some ebay preorders if they ever show up.

we'll be looking at a potential 20-25% increase in price from S8-9.   :'(

Even though I was expecting to see the prices go up, it sure doesn't make it any easier...   :-\

does blister ship to the US?

Nope.

I was talking to a contact out in HK and he mentioned some dealers out there were taking pre-orders for SW10 for 1x Box of 12 figures for about $102.00 USD.

All talk at the moment and nothing confirmed. But that is the cheapest I have found/quoted

With seemingly the global market taking a hit across the board, the drop in the dollar doesn't seem enough to account for the big jump in prices- Asian markets haven't exactly been moving up the last few months. Maybe they just caught on to the gravy train Hasbro has built for itself raising prices annually, and are trying to catch up.
