Defender Wishlists 2008: A New Hope

For the last couple of years we ran an informal poll with your 10 most wanted characters from the current Star Wars Films.  Continuing the tradition and trying to finish up before Comic Con 2008, I thought it would be a good time to revisit those lists. Here's how it works: You send your Wish List for 10 3 3/4" Figures to me or post them here, be it new figures, resculpts or even re-releases and I'll tally the votes.  After four weeks of list taking I'll publish the results and we will move on to the next movie.  The Original Star Wars, to most people, Episode IV: A New Hope is now up.   If you need help coming up with names check out the Official Sites Databank:  Episode IV.  Have fun and thanks for sending in your lists (remember to limit it to ten)!

Looks like I'm in the 0 for 10 boat as well.  There aren't quite enough spots here, but I'd also like to see the Tarkin and Uncle Owen resculpts, as well as single carded releases of the Han and Luke Stormtrooper figures (with the repainted eyes).  I did some simple swaps to have the figures, but it would be nice for them to see general release in the correct way.

I didn't get much last year at all either, but I am replacing 2 from my list like the Death Squad Commander and a Generic Rebel Pilot.  Mostly because each will be easy enough repaints for Hasbro at some point so I figure they love cheaping out when possible and I'd rather get something new in their place.

Super Artiucaltion by my definition:  Ball Jointed shoulders, elbows and knees, swivel wrists and ankles, ball socket head and regular waist, hip and leg articulation....

In no particular order:  But all SUPER ARTICULATED

Death Star Trooper Detention Block style, with Jack boots and DH17 blaster and removable helmet and multiple head scultps in the same package
Imperial Officer Detention Block Style, with Holster and removable hat
Tie Fighter Pilot SA not just one arm, one wrist and good knees
Rebel Fleet Trooper (multiple heads in the same package like Concept Fett and Concept Vader)
Ulitmate Tatooine Luke, SA and good scale.
Ceremonial Han Solo SA
Captain Antilles Resculpt with correct colors and SA (maybe multiple heads and just call him Rebel Officer)
X Wing Pilot (on an Average Pilot Frame, not Dutch Vander) SA of course
Old Obi Wan SA..the VOTC one does not cut it since ROTS Jedi came out
Tarkin, SA and updated.

Not sure why we would do OT wishlists....pretty much ANYTHING OT would be on my wishlist this year...
