Depression?

I'm going to keep this short and to the point...I've been going through some very rough times lately and feeling very anxious and sad.  I'm at the point where I'm considering a pharmalogical solution, and I'm worndering if anyone has any experiences with anti-depressants.  They terrify me, but I need to do something...Feel free to PM me, if you want to keep things private.  Any help at all would be great.---Mike

Go psyco theraphy conductual or psyco analithical
and take anti depressants if they are recommended.

How it works is medicine plus the doctor avice.
