That's something I noticed as well, Owen's robe really does look nice in these pics.  It is great to finally get Owen and Beru, but the highlight for me is the "ultimate" AOTC Obi-Wan Kenobi.  Obi-Wan is my favorite character of the prequels, and it is nice to see the character finally get some nice figures for both TPM and AOTC this year.

HTS has had them for awhile and using a code could have got you 10% off.

Unless, HTS has sold out of them...

I think the code was spring09.

They are all still there with an "add to cart" button under them.

Except it says pre-order and that they ship 6/22.

I'm a little disappointed as I've yet to see hide nor hair of Wve 6.  There hasn't even been a repack sighting around Pittsburgh of these...  I hit stores almost daily, and not one thing on the pegs from 6...  So 7 is not even on my radar.

Right now distribution of Legacy stuff sucks balls.

I got notification from BBTS as well, nice to see these shipping.  I didn't expect them quite this soon, so it is a nice surprise.  I'm most pumped to get this Obi-Wan figure (as well as the TPM version in the next wave) - those have been some long overdue re-dos.

Like Jesse, I haven't seen anything outside of Wave 5 locally either (with the exception of a lone Cap. Needa).  I'm happy I've just been preordering sets online.  It costs slightly more, but the Legacy Collection stuff has really been scarce at retail this year for the most part.

I still have the Warehouse message.....hopefully they will ship today.

I used to buy cases from NFC but they have not updated their SW section in 6 months. So the last few waves I had to scramble to get which sucks. What I paid at for 10 figures could have bout two more under my old normal circumstance.
I have been coming across Wave 6 in Chicago & South NJ but I agree they seem a little harder to come by, even online. so paying a few more buck does not bother me so long as it's reasonable. I do not have the time or energy for the hunt.

While I really look forward to EP2 Obi something looks a little off with the figure's legs/proportions, I hope it's not like the TAC 08 Obi because I am not a fan of the retro fit SA legs they gave him. No matter what I cannot wait to build me HK-47!!!

It would be nice if this wave showed up in stores before Summer break. Though, I'm a little concerned since wave 6 only showed up at 1 Target out of 7 Targets and 3 Wal Marts in my area.

HK-droid kicks major ass.  Still haven't seen W6, and I'm not looking forward to try and track down 2 waves.  At least W7 doesn't have an army builder like the Hoth soldier, so I'll be cool w/1 of each for W7 when it hits.

I'm betting it's a Force choke gesture but it could be for booger picking I suppose.  :P

An interesting wave I think.  Love the Klaatu Jedi.  It's neat we got that I think even though Jedi are fairly simple figures for Hasbro to make if they've got good base bodies.

It's funny when you think about it...  I for years kept wondering publicly why Hasbro didn't do a definitive sculpt of various figures, and re-use it.  The Jedi in 2002 especially, as Hasbro was sinking tons into tooling costs for these one-offs that haven't really been used much.  Imagine the investment money put into all those figures they aren't likely to ever use again, and which were dismal sellers!  When all along, one sculpt in many cases would've allowed for many different characters to be produced on a much cheaper level, requiring only minor tweaks here and there and a new headsculpt.

Hasbro seems to be on a bit more of a roll now as far as re-using a good sculpt, but man it took a long time for that to happen. :)
