BBTS has a box of 12 for $194.99. More than $16 apiece!

Oy! $35. more than HLJ plus add on shipping from both places... sigh.   :-\

he indicated that Medicom/Blister informed him that a box of 12 does not guarantee two full sets  :o

Not good at all, $160. is a lot if you may not get 2 full sets.

I'm not surprised, I guess.  When was the last time you got 2x full sets of 6 in a box of 12?  Whenever Medicom does anything lately, it's almost always (95% of the time) a "mixed ratio" deal.  I can see the "regular" Fett packed at 3x-4x per box while stuff like the B&W Fett ends up at 1x per box, just like all they've done for all the other SW Series (1:12 figures).

I just checked the preorders on BBTS & they also have a Master Case of 48 for $749.99.

Just gotta think where to order from, BBTS or HLJ which I have till Mar. 3 to make up my mind. Lets see, the 6/49 lottery is $48,000,000 tomorrow night. Just 1 ticket...  :-\

That's funny...  The IL lottery is $120,000,000 and the WI lottery is $125,000,000...  That's a lot of Kubricks!

Man, I thought this was going to be sold as a set, not boxes of 12...thought maybe some kind of box set.
No way I'll hunt down all the chases.
My friend in Japan just mentioned being able to get a set, not a box of 12 or Master case...I'm lost on this one...such is Kubricks.

Man, that's expensive.  I remember ordering a box from BBTS early on an it only cost about $100 which, at the time, seemed like a lot.

Ok, this is what we have coming out for the basic set:

1: Fett (McQuarrie)
2: Fett (Holiday Special)
3: Fett (Black & White)
4: Fett (Droids)
5: Fett (Vintage Toy)
6: Fett (McQuarrie alternate)

Fett's that have been released:

1: Series 1, Boba Fett - 2 green gauntlets (ESB)
2: Series 1 chase #1, Boba Fett - 2 red gauntlets (ROTJ)
3: Series 1 chase #2, Boba Fett - 1 yellow & 1 red (Vintage)
4: Carded, "Bape" Boba Fett - Series 1 (Vintage Version)
5: Carded, Boba Fett - (Droids Version)

Not including the 400% as they are the same as 1-3, same with the Bounty Hunters carded set fett (ROTJ).

If there is to be any chase figures in this set, what would they be? Some earlier guesses below.

Now with that range finder sculpted to the helmet, what are the chances of seeing a Rocket Fett?  :D

I am surprised they didnt go witht he prototype boba fett instead of a third white version. Still love this set but it would have been cool to get a prototype version.

You think they would do a Jeremy Bulloch Kubrick or a Ralph McQuarrie Kubrick as chase figures?

Or a Tri Logo Fett with unpainted knee  :P

Polish, Mexican, Hungarian, Full Circle, Half Circle...

Thoughts?

Hmmm... if they keep the Mandalorian armor thing going maybe Jodo Kast, Fenn Shysa or Tobbi Dala.

If it were those I'd feel less inclined to get them.

Maybe Medicom will just surprise us with no chase figures for this particular one character themed set?

If they do put in chases, a rocket Fett in non-production colours (yellow) would be my top choice.

As it stands I'll only be after the vintage Fett so the relatively higher price is one that will be okay to absorb.

I'm still hoping for no chases in this one (and 2x of each per box!).  Any idea when we'll have a better idea of what's actually in each box?

It's a June release so that's when we will find out what's going on. Unless something leaks out before the release date, we are SOL.  :-\

Don't forget # 6, the carded Fett from the series 1 carded re-release- both red gauntlets.

I can't even guess what a mandalorian chase would be. I hope they come out with something else for the chases, like leia bespin or luke hoth.

So says the guy who will pay big bucks for Chase figures.  I hope the Chase is something lame like an alternate JarJar.  Or maybe even a fig from another line like a GI Joe Kubrick or Captain Kirk.   ;)
