I'm going i live in Diego and have gone since 1990. I'll be with the San Diego Star Wars Society. if anyone needs anything they can just go to the booth and ask, someone will allways be there to help with any ?s. I hope to see other JDers there...

I'm strongly considering going this year. I'll know if I can make it pretty soon, but I really hope I can because I've never been able to before.

I'm hoping to go too.   My children's book "Goodnight Goon" and the follow-up, "Runaway Mummy" will both be promoted at the show.   I'm hoping my publisher sends me out, as I've never been.

I'm gonna be going! This will be my first time. I wasn't able to get a 4-day pass so I'm only gonna be there on Saturday. I'm very excited! ;D

I'm going to end up missing it this year since I will be in Arches National Park, Utah that weekend.  Will be the first time that I missed it since I been going to it which only been 5years now but still kind of sad about it.

Take it with a grain of salt due to today's date, but Mattel has posted their 2009 SDCC Exclusives.  Hopefully these aren't an April's Fools Day joke...

DCIH - Anti Monitor
JLU - Hal, Abin Sur, GL Sinestro 3pack
Ghostbusters - Spengler and Slimer
Cars - Rescue Squad Mater and Dalmation Mia & Tia

Sounds legit to me. Awesome to finally get He-Ro and the Wonder Twins.

So Gleek is for attendees only and won't be available when ordered from mattycollector.  Unless I can beg someone going to the show to grab a set for me, I'm passing.  The Wonder Twins without the purple ******* monkey is like Fire without Ice or Hawk without Dove.  It's pointless.  Judging by the outrage on various message boards, Mattel is going to lose a ****-ton of money over this.
