I think the reason for the loose neck is because Hasbro reused the VOTC Obi-Wan torso for the new one

Good catch.

So far, I've still only seen remnants at 3 different stores, once each.  This wave is taking forever to roll-out, and/or is selling like crazy.  Despite this, I'm only wanting about 3 more Ben Kenobis and I'll consider myself done with the wave.

Just editing with a couple pics from this wave.

I found them all finally at a Wal-Mart and snagged them.  There was only 1 Spacetrooper though.  Luke has been surprisingly hard for me to find to though.  All the rest of the wave I can find with regularity now.  Brainiac/Limbic seems to be the easiest to locate here.

Would anybody by any chance have the R2-L3 parts that come with the Cantina guys (everything but the left leg) for sale?  I finally started picking up this wave due to a 15% off sale at Fred Meyer, and I don't particularly want the Cantina guys if I can get the droid parts another way.  Thanks!

Has anyone noticed that Luke and Han both have different sculpts to their belts, for their bomb things to attach to said belt?  It's a really odd construction/design, and it's totally different for both, and I think both are different from the Sandtrooper with removable bomb belt, as well.

It's a very odd thing to resculpt...  I'm trying to think of a reason, and can't come up with one.

Technically Luke's belt shouldn't have the bomb at all, actually.

Yeah, the belts are new sculpts.  Hasbro said they re-tooled the belts to fix/improve the holsters, that's why both belts are different from the old Sandtrooper version.  They also hinted they were sculpted differently because there are intending different re-use possibilities for each one (but I have no idea what those are).

Hmmm, interesting.

Han's, I believe it is (I forget now) has the bomb come off and it leaves a peg on the belt.  Luke's however has a removable bomb ala the Sandtrooper, but a little more sturdy (the bomb has a lip on it so it sort of snaps into the hole on the belt better).  Odd they'd make two different belts...

And the Spacetrooper's bomb is molded to the belt and not very detailed. However his arms bend at sharper angles I've noticed, and hold his belt in a resting pose pretty neat.

I just know that my Luke's belt canister stays on really snug while Han's belt canister falls off if you stare at it. Kind of annoying.

Isn't that belt the same as the old VOTC and TAC stormtrooper belt?

I *finally* found this wave and must say that the jawa/droid pack is awesome!  The droid is huge and is a steal carded as a 2-pack.  (single carded ewok, anyone?)

They could have released this as one of those WM Droid Factory 2-packs for $11 and I would have happily bought it.
