I see that He-Man.org has some pics up of the upcoming Clamp Champ statue, which is the third statue/figure of Wave 2 (along with Grizzlor and Stinkor).  Although I would have rather seen figures of all of these characters, these do look pretty neat.  I sometimes wish this line (and the show) would have had better success.  MOTU really is a cool property, and the "new" line, aside from availability and case packs, was pretty neat from a character design aspect.  I still sometimes wish I would have picked up more of these, but it was probably for the best that I didn't.

Clamp Champ is alright, i would have preferred someone else. He is a bit of a boring character.

He-man.org has packaged pics of the stactions up on their site for the curious.

They look tempting, but since I can't afford them, meh.

The Snakemen are showing up at Burlington Coat Factory and at Fred's.  I found a Fisto and a Zodak at a Burlington store for $4.99 each.  Apparently some lucky people have found the Snake Armor He-Man.

If there's one MOTU figure that I'd love to own, it's Snake Armor He-Man.

Oh well. If it isn't meant to happen, it won't.  :)

Anyone checking out Mastering The Universe: He-man And The Rise And Fall Of A Billion-dollar Idea this month? Sounds like a good read to me. ;D

Did anyone else pick up the 10 Best DVD today?

I bought it at Best Buy for $12.99. Well, they tried to knock me for two more bucks, but I set them right.

I watched the first two episodes, "Evilseed" and "Quest for He-Man". The picture and sound are beautiful, and they still have those moral tags at the end of the episodes.

If you're a fan of the old MOTU, I definetely recommend picking this up.  :)

I plan on picking up the "Best of" set as well.  I checked at Wal-Mart yesterday, and they had it, but it was around $18 so I thought I would wait and check Target/Best Buy for a better price.  Sometimes the season sets can become a little pricey, so I thought I'd pick this up for sure just to have some of the episodes on DVD.  Glad to hear that the quality is good, and they still have those moral tags...fun stuff.

I found the stactions today at Suncoast. Beautful sculpt. Flawless paint (which is rare for a NECA product), and a base. It's too bad there's no articulation, since these would have made great action figures. I know they wouldn't have looked as nice as action figures, but even with some of Mattel's color choices, these guys would have been good, solid toys.

I guess I'm just disappointed that 6" Batman is going back to retail and MOTU is languishing like this.

I saw some of the upcoming stactions at TNI (Mantenna!!) that I'd really love to buy, but at $20 a piece, I just can't do it. I had enough money to cover the entire first wave today, but I just couldn't spend the cash.

Mantenna does look awesome. I have the first wave but am very undecided as to what to do now. If i cannot get my hands on a Randor, i will probably stop buying these and sell of the 3 i have. I dont want to collect soemthing i cannot have a complete set of.

Yeah, that Randor was a reason I didn't buy the first wave. If these are going to follow the same path the Mattel stuff did, I don't want anything to do with them.

Its just ridiculous how this playing out. I think the 4HM are great guys and appreciate everything they have done, but i wish NECA woul dbe more cooperative now. It seems that they too are falling intot he same trap that Mattel was.
