I have no idea who half of those characters are. . .and what's up with that stupid Mo-Lar figure?!

He has no business being made into a figure. . .

Mo-Lar is one of 2 SDCC exclusives for this year. A cross promotion with the Robot Chicken guys, kind of a gag figure. I think it's kinda funny actually, and would pick one up if I didn't get stuck with the Skeletor with a missing tooth.

I like this stuff. I could pretty easily pass on Mo-Larr, but I'll have to wait and see. Tytus is neat, as are She-Ra and Whiplash. I was hoping for a half-melty head for Keldor like the 200x figure, but alas, it is not to be.

I love how at the start of this line, Mattel was all "no 200x for u lol" and now they're doing Count Marzo.

I'm pretty happy with what has been shown at Toy Fair as well.  Whiplash is a welcome addition, as is She Ra and Marzo.  The larger scale figures (which I guess will be quarterly, starting with Battle Cat) are neat too, although I'll admit I'm not really familiar with the other two shown (unless I'm just forgetting).  I was pretty big into MOTU as a kid, but I think I must have slowed down before some of these turned up.

I think the giant Tytus was only released overseas near the very end of the line, and the gorilla Gy-Gor only made it to the prototype stage before the line ended.

There's a reason why some things don't get produced. . .

Here's my Battle Cat Coupon Code that I'm not going to use.  If Battle Cat makes a second release I may buy it then.  I'm cutting back on my buying.

Enter this coupon code at checkout and receive $8 off your total order when you purchase Battle Cat®, Fighting Tiger of Eternia®!

I don't collect this line, but I think it's pretty funny that they're making Mo-Larr. I especially like the fact that they have all of the accessories they show him with at the end of the Robot Chicken sketch.

Good lord- $10.55 shipping for Battle Cat? I hope that when I add Trap Jaw to my cart the shipping doesn't go up any.

Edit- not too shabby. Shipping for both TJ and BC was $11.75. I had to pass on the stands for now, though. I'll find a lower-priced alternative somewhere.

Only took fourteen minutes, so I might be one of the lucky ones.

Yeah, I'm glad that I had the promo code, since that made it a little better.  I still don't like having to have my subscription figure and bonus figures ship seperately.  Glad I got an order to go through for Battle Cat though, the vintage version was one of my favorite toys as a kid.

I managed to snag mine as well. Shipping was only 2.55 for international after using my sub discount code. Not too shabby, though it's always quite an intense experience on ol Matty Collector.

Over on the .org (which appears to have just as much traffic right now as Matty) they're saying Trap Jaw is sold out already. Damn, that's fast.

Ugh, my first order didn't go through so I placed a second.  After the second went through, I got an email saying my first order was good. . .

What a complete mess.
