I'd still love some action figures.

But, if this is the way MOTU is gonna be, screw it. I'm not paying $20 when they could be doing figures for less than half the price.

But I may buckle if they look like those one-of-a-kind statues auctioned off a couple years ago to help that ex-Mattel employee. Those were amazing. Or if this is the only way to get Hordak and the Sorceress, I'd go for those too.

Maybe if these are a resounding success, the action figures will make some sort of return.

I'd rather have more figures.  If Hordak looks good, though, I might pick him up.  Stupid Mattel.

As much as I dislike the .org, I at least have to pass along this link to their desperation auctions, mostly stuff from MVC's studio and Val Staples' personal collection.

Looks like MOTU is really dead now. Never believed it till now.

I remember seeing this poster in 2001 and being giddy about new MOTU figures.

Yeah, it is really too bad this line didn't live up to the potential it had.  The non-variant figures that we saw really were well done, but the property was just mishandled.  It is amazing to see what a fan base He-Man must have though, every one of those auctions in the link above has at least 1 bid, and most have many more.

I sorta paid attention to the cash grab .Org was trying to do to save their ass from Bankruptcy.  I haven't seen an update and don't care to do a lot of digging either, what's their current status?

I feel bad they are in such dire straits.  I also think its strange that they are relying on people donating stuff so they can get out of their own bad business decisions.  Something doesn't seem right about that

I haven't been to .org for two months now, so I couldn't tell you. I guess they owe artists a lot of money and are trying to pay those guys.

Anyway, those NECA statues everyone wants to see but nobody will buy:

Those would have made really great action figures.

As I said earlier, they make a Stinkor, I'll buy one.  And they look nice, but it still sucks Mattel has no clue how to run action figure lines

That Hordak looks amazing as well.  What's the pricepoint on these?  And who's going to sell them?

They are supposed to be around 20.00 each, made by NECA, and I guess sold online, and alot of NECA stuff is sold at suncoast so maybe there. Not really sure about the last part though.  ;D

Randor is a good choice, I sometimes regret dumping all of my stuff but I usually don't miss any of it :P

Well the 4HM just updated the org and have said that the statues are being on the way, no more delays. They should be on the way by sea, they mentioned. A pick of Randor should be up in the next few days.
