Ram Man has dropped a bit lately, you should be able to snag him for around $60.  Good luck if you want Strobo now, though.  People are going ape poop ove the fast sellout.  If they show some patience, he will be back online in a few months most likely.

That was the opposite of what I thought would happen for Ram Man. Oh well. I paid the money, and I enjoy my figure.  :) I would have figured he'd just get more expensive like Fisto and the Sorceress.

I'm not sure about that Strobo guy. I know he's an exclusive, but I just can't figure out how or why people would go nuts for that figure. I didn't want one in the first place, so that's OK with me.

I find it odd that now there's this Filmation sub, and Fang Man is in the regular sub. Had he been left out and the NA He-Man put in his place, I might have considered getting a sub for 2013. Those Filmation characters (other than Prince Adam and Orko) hold no interest for me. More power to those who do. I'm glad the vintage picks are light this year since the $27 price and $10 shipping is making me question if it's really worth it.

I think with Strobo it's two things, the bonus Zodak head and the fact that it sold out so quickly, leading to panic, a scalper's dream.  There is no doubt in my mind they just put a few online to see how it would do because really, this character is pretty lame and minor.  But people need to have it now so they will pay.  A fool and his money and all that.  He will be online again, most likely they will have tons of him around Black Friday.
I will not be shocked if this is the last year for the MOTUC line.  It gets more expensive every year, there are not too many characters people want and people just seem to get more and more upset by how the line is handled.

I would guess the Zodak head is a big part of it and the fact it is a never before released figure that I think was at some point considered in the vintage line.

Anyone have an extra Whiplash for sale? I missed him when he hit Matty, and prices are ridiculous on ebay ($100 and more) so I thought I'd ask here.

Damn Whiplash is that much now?  I used to have some extras, I bought three.  I think I sold two though.  I will take a look and see if I have more than one.  Does $25+ shipping sound okay?

finally got my Strobo in the mail. Actually really like it even if it is a simple repaint with a new cape. I wish he came with that gun though, heres hoping it is in the next weapons pack.

Sweet. Expected it to be either Two Bad or Modulok, but I'll take those guys.  :)

I was hoping for something more obscure. Hope SDCC reveals some cool stuff.

Hate to do back to back posts but for those interested and haven't seen, MAttel is randomly listing a Spirit of Hordak figure over at Matty. I missed the first round, been checking feverishly since.  ::)

Boy, Mattel sure can find new ways to infuriate people. I'm really not interested in this figure (especially at $40) but this is insane. I thought the reason they built the Matty site was so that people knew when exactly something would be on sale.

Yeah, I love the idea of getting extra figures but having then randomly pop up in the middle of a work day sucks.
