Haha. Yakface reports that these will so far be the chase figures, from cases of the ROTS wave:

Quote
1x Hoth Hangar Han (FOIL) (97571)
1x Darth Vader (FOIL) (97580)
1x Commander Cody (FOIL) (20834)
1x Magna Guard (FOIL) (20830)

This is interesting. Hasbro will no doubt extend the chase feature to other waves. Something tells me that these are gonna be particularly hard to find. I myself will probably only be getting the Darth Vader, IF I can find it.

Confirmed - "foil logo and stripe around the card. Nothing inside the blister will be different from the regular release."

I'll probably track down the Hoth Hangar Han one for my carded Han collection, but the rest I will happily ignore.  ;)

Totally off topic...that picture makes me jealous...I mean, I wish I actually knew two other people locally who collect SW figures, so that we could sit around and BS and talk shop.  They only person I know is Lando The Scoundrel, and he's a great guy, but we see each other like once every two years...

on topic...I couldn't give an s raw rats ass about foil cards.

I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes I wish I could have a nerdy conversation in person with a fellow collector, but I know no one else who collects. :( It's what makes these forums fun!

As for the UGH, I'll probably snatch Vader for my carded sub-collection. Whenever I decide I'm going to buy something solely for the purpose of keeping it carded, it's most likely to be Vader since he's a huge icon - it sorta makes sense, to me, to have him carded.

I may do a run of the carded Boba Fett figures.  Normal, UGH if there is one, and the RF mail-away.  That should be a fun, easy run to do.

Too bad they aren't putting all 6 ESB bounty hunters on Vintage cards...that would be a fun UGH run to do also.

That has to be the most clean-cut collection of Hot Wheels guys that I've ever seen.  Most of the ones I've come across have been grubby, greasy looking guys.

Don't forget to add "un-washed" or "pungent".

All the UGH variants for the Revenge of the Sith wave have turned up, and so here they are.

I'm very glad the whole UGH thing is limited to card variation only.   :-\  I don't care for it at all, and don't really see it drawing many people in permanently, but that's just me.   It's a nice wave though, really, and I think I'm even a little more geeked for this wave than for Wave 1...  Go figure.

Clicky the images to check them out!

Grievous looks to have a quite bulky cape compared to a lot of his prototype images too, plus extra hilts.  Yay!  I may add a Nahdar Vebb hilt to mine's cape.

I'm a bit lost.
Does this mean two different versions of the Sandtrooper card?
How does UGH work?

Yeah, I'm confused too. Is the Sandtrooper the only figure from this wave that is being released on 2 cards? Wasn't Anakin supposed to be too? The UGH are the ones with just the Star Wars logo right?

All the figure above will be released on 2 cards*: One with foil accents, one without.

There are 12 UGHs total (so far). Not shown above: Han, Vader, Bespin Luke and Boba Fett (they were on display at SDCC though)

Not all of the UGHs will be released at the same time, they'll be spread out in the case assortments throughout the rest of the year starting with the ROTS wave.

*3 for Anakin as they are changing he name to Darth Vader
