I'm not surprised by the choices, but am a little dissapointed in them.  Between the S1 Chases and S3/S4 figures, we're getting a lot more "adjusted" figures versus new figures.  I get making a couple of the figures repaints to save on tooling costs, but there are a ton of "new" figures that I would rather see in place of yet another R2, Rebel Trooper, Leia, Luke, Ben, etc.

I'm going to guess chases now for this series:

Princess Leia Yavin Ceremony (in Leia box)
Captain Antilles (in RFT box)
Space Trooper (in TIE Pilot box)

I like those chases Jayson, especially Captain Antilles, however I'm going to put my money on a second Dignitary as one of the chases...

I think obvious chases for this line might include any of the following:

Darth Vader telescoping lightsaber (that would be cool)
Princess Leia (Ceremonial Gown)
Captain Raymus Antilles (Tantiv IV)
Alternate Version of the Imperial Dignitary

I'd vote for the telescoping Vader first, Captain Antilles second.  Two versions of the dignitary seem very likely to me as well.

I'm a lot less fired up for this series now than I was before the weekend if those rumours hold true.  Looks like repaint-itis has hit Medicom perhaps.  Bummer.

Is there cases in the DX series or just parts to build something?

Death Star set has to have the Black Death Star Droid.
Maybe some officers from the "war room"?

Series 3 should have Power Droid and Hammerhead,
this would give us the final nod from the first 21 figures in the Kenner series I've been waiting for.
I'd love to see the Garindan and Uncle Ben and Aunt Owen.

I really hope the do a Cantina DX series. There they could put Hammerhead and some of the best Cantina aliens with a chase Bar or Dewback.

Love the Ideal of a Probot but that's more of a Hoth thing... Hoth series 2 with a Wampa, I think yes....

Is there a larger photo?

Would love to get a dignitary. I wonder if the TIE pilot will have the gray tears on the helmet like the one we got in the Evo pack.

That probe droid is huge!  Can't wait to see a bigger picture, but I'm slightly okay with this release now that we know there are some new figures...

Probe droid is such a bizarre choice.

It definitely makes more sense to be released with the Dlx Series 2 figures, but I'm glad we are getting the AT-ST with that set.  I'll put them both in the Hoth display...
