I heard there was a rumor that Hasbro still is making Star Wars toys. Not sure if it's confirmed though.

I'm pretty sure it's a rumour.  At least around here anyway.

Yeah, it's pretty amazing how slow this stuff is coming out. Even the stores that have nothing on the pegs aren't re-stocking now.

A case of the AOTC wave hit my local WalMart - and as luck would have it they still had a Zam on the pegs (all that was left besides her was the Obi-Wan, Super Battle Droid and Jango Fett) - and I wanted a third one of her to open so I could display her in third head/scarf configuration.

So now with the exception of scoring another ROTS Darth Sidious and another ROTS Magnaguard, I'm all caught up with Vintage for right now. And since I haven't seen ROTS waves hit in a long while, I'm sure that I'm going to have to rely on the secondary market for those...

I can, at the very least, find you a ROTS Magnaguard, Pete.

The only time I happened to catch the AOTC wave on the pegs the only figures I wanted were Anakin and Padme.  Of the two I figured Anakin would be the harder to find figure, too bad I haven't been able to find Padme since...

Found my first ever R5-D4 and Han Solo at Walmart yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn't buy them.  :-[

$10 is just too much to pay for these. Besides, due to construction, I've put all my figures in storage and I'd hate to dig them back out so I can put these away with the rest. It's hard to buy something when you can't enjoy seeing it. :'(

That's funny, my figures are mostly packed away as well.  We're haiving an open house in 2 weeks and trying to make the place look bigger.  But it's cool because I only have a dozen or so figures out.  It reminds me of 1995 when I could keep my entire modern collection on my desk.

Just saw the new updated Stormtroopers at TRU in Times Square...they look awesome, but at $11.99 I had to pass. But I will be picking a bunch of these guys up!

Finally got the new Zam Wessel today through an etailer. What a great figure!

When I was up for NYTF 2 years ago, they had so many scanner troopers...  I think Jeff and Paul were embarassed to be near me.   :-[  If i could've packed more in my bag, I think I would've, and the prices were great...

$12 for figures there now?  Holy yeesh.  ::)

I'll overpay for food instead. :P

Yeah, I was pissed because they also had General Lando (which I want a second of, to display without the pimp cape) and Luke Dagobah Crash. But at that price I couldn't justify buying a kitbash (despite the fact that it is awesome) and a duplicate. Definitely want a bunch of those stormies though.

The StarTrader currently has the entire vintage ATOC wave. Priced at $10.99. Not too bad considering it's Disney.

This is the way.
