Waterloo, ia walmart.  Of course, being in the area, I hit the other one nearby since I had just been at the one two days ago and didn't expect any refreshing any time soon.  :P

Huge find!  P-Siddy is right, I found him Iowa.  Also snabbed Nikto and Odd Ball.  EU figures were gone.  Definitely check your Wally Worlds.  One thing of note: the figures did not ring up in the system so they searched for the existing ones.

Not ringing in the system makes me dread what they're going to be when they finally do.  ::)  I hate Hasbro and its "retail partners" anymore.

Swag:

Love Tarkin.  I took that awful Darth Maul sticker off.

These were found here too I guess. :)  Wal-Mart...  No word on price in the system or not.

The Darth Malgus wave showed up in my neck of the woods.  And in multiple chains!  I finally found the Imperial Navy Commander, but no Malgus yet.  It'll show up soon enough.  At least now that the bulk of the Spiderman merch has shipped.

With my luck and how NYC sucks at getting anything new (and the lack of places to find it), I ordered Evazan, Nikto, Tarkin and Kithaba (not sure which version I'll get, but hope it's red bandana) off of Amazon for $12.99.  They had the EU stuff up there (Malgus, Vizla, Starkiller, Nom Anor etc.) for the same price when I ordered, but now looks like they've sold out of those figures for that price.  I'd say keep checking back.

SO I ordered Shae from amazon last week and she arrived today.  I also ordered her with this portable air compressor:  http://www.amazon.com/VIAIR-85P-Portable-Air-Compressor/dp/B0036E9VB6/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1341593010&sr=8-10&keywords=vair

I was really waiting to see how the figure arrived - I figured the card would be crazy destroyed.  To my surprise the compressor was much smaller than I figured it would be, but still heavy enough to crush a figure.  Well, the figure/card/bubble was in perfect condition!

Now to go open it and take that ugly head off her and put the helmet on!   >:D

ps - just topped off two tires and the compressor works great!

update - she is not as cool as a figure as I thought she would be.   :-\

Hmm, I'm more curious what ELSE is in that case assortment with the Yavin sled. Geonosian Flitknot Speeder? Y-Wing Scout Bomber? There are some exciting possibilities...

It's the same as the TRU figures, however it's pretty clear to me that these do not, nor never did have, the TRU Exclusive sticker on them.  There's no sign whatsoever that the sticker was on and scraped off.

If I had to guess, these were made by Hasbro, hoping/assuming on a reorder, and canceled...  1 yavin Sled and a bunch 'o Geonosians is what I saw this afternoon.

Cool, I could use a cheaper Geo set so I can return the one I bought on sale recently. Will look for those today.

Last night I picked up the MH Light-Up Vader for another local collector...first one I have seen on the pegs.

I love that Walmart can throw another fresh case of MH on the pegs when there are already about 50 of them out there, but the same 6-7 vintage figures have been swinging from the pegs for months and they can't refresh them to save their lives.  ::)

Found those two today, one TJ Maxx had 2 cases worth, which meant 2 Rebel Transports and 6 Geonosian speeders.  Got one of the Rebels. Actually saw the carded Red Skull from Captain America for the first time.
