Thanks for the reminder Tracy.  Hard to believe it's that long ago now.  Not that I ever need a reason to raise a glass but I'm more than pleased to do so in her honor.   :'(

Shannon and I chatted a lot near the end.  She was obviously ill and I was convalescing from back surgery. She was a really great person.  Time flies.

Yeah I'm kind of shocked it's been this long.  It didn't seem like it.

I enjoyed reading her posts.

The one that stands out and still makes me smile was her relaying when her toddler son, out of the blue, began threatening the butcher (or someone at the grocery store). Horror gave way to bemusement when she realized that her son was mouthing words from Dr. Evazan's lines.
