While I am glad Hablo is making specific rebel pilots, for those who like and want them, it's a great thing. I'm kinda more interested in just the astrodroids. I don't remember the R5-D4 body having the glued shut Early Bird R2 body though, oh well, cool looking droids no matter what.

Heh, I saw these in the store and I didn't even realize it was something special.

What is the difference between the two Tie Pilots besides the sidearm?

R5-M2 from the Hoth Recon Patrol Battle Pack had the glued down panel.

Ah yes, and probably the most ornate deco, and somehow I completely forgot him.

Geeze...  The number of astromechs is really quite staggering.  When I eventually get to redistributing my collection to new shelves I should stand them all together and take a picture.  There's just an absurd ammount of them, not counting R2-D2 obviously.

Doc, I won't need the extra TIE pilot, so you can have one of mine when I find them.

Cool, thank you very much.  It is appreciated. :)

I'm only interested in the two astrodroids from these sets, so if anyone has extras, I'll be happy to take them.  Thanks and Happy New Year guys!

Picked up my set on the way home   8)  I've turned my nose to most standard release BPs at this price, but these are very nice sets IMO so I bit.

I tried finding these tonight but no luck. I'm betting these go from $24.99 to $29.99 within a month like when the TFU sets went up $5 shortly after release.

Helmet deco.

And just barely-- Major Mianda's helmet is very similar to the stripes TLC Pilot helmets, except it has some added dots on his head.  More staggeringly annoying though is that Mianda's head under the helmet is a clone, and Mianda is a not a clone.  There's a lot of weirdness with these figures, I'm finding.

At least Oxixo has some more distinctive silver on his noggin.
