Under what race would you classify old Palpy? Human? Shape Shifter? Butt-ass ugly?

He was always human, but his face changed drastically by the liberation of his true dark side power. The man got lots of wrinkels, lost his eyebrows and the humidity of his face.
He also was supposed to lose height and weight with age; in rotj he must be in his eightees.

According to SW cannon he is classified human; as in  the cardback of potf2 Emperor Palpatine with walking stick.

I go with Human also, but I seriously wonder how old he is by the time of ROTJ. That'd be pretty interesting to find out.

According to the Star Wars Wiki he was about 86 in ROTJ:

"Palpatine's origins were always hidden in obscurity, but it is known that he was born on Naboo eighty-two years before the Battle of Yavin. "

You can certainly write whatever you want.  Just seems kind of pointless to answer a question that was already answered months prior.

Pointless to you and I wasn't asking for your "permission" to write here. Don't need it.
