I bet they go Prequel this time.

I'd put money on sets like these

- Maul, Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon
- Yoda, Mace Windu, Phase I Clone Trooper
- Sidious, E3 Anakin, Dooku
- E3 Obi-Wan, Commander Cody, Grievous

etc

At this point in the game, with these being 100% repacks and prices ridiculous, I've really grown to not care about these anymore. They're a really cool and creative idea, I won't lie, but we've seen way better offerings from Hasbro lately.

I still am totally with Scott on wanting that Cantina alien set, done to look like they originally did but in a weird modern update way.  Same goofy outfits & decoes, just better articulation and a crisper sculpt to them.  I'd love that.

I'd be totally into getting the blue power droid and stuff too.

The only problem with the "chromed" Death Star Droid though Jeff, is that chrome doesn't take to vinyl real well and I'm not sure they can do that sculpt in a more ABS type plastic.  :-\  I'd be into them trying though.

I look forward to picking these up at $9.

I had to pay $10.50 for clearance here.  They might end up costing more like $12 by this time next year.   ;)

I'd like to see them expand it a little more... these sets would be fantastic:

Imperial Forces:
- Stormtrooper (repack from the earlier wave)
- Biker Scout (VTSC repack)
- Royal Guard (TVC repack)

Rebel Forces:
- Rebel Fleet Trooper (TVC repack)
- Endor Rebel Commando (TVC repack - new head?)
- Hoth Rebel Soldier (TVC repack)

Jabba's Goons:
- Giran (TLC repack)
- Nikto Gunner (TLC repack)
- Gamorrean Guard (TVC repack)

I think I read at one point (either in Q and A or at a convention) that Hasbro did want/plan to do all of the original vintage sets, so I think that's what we'll get.  I kind of like them for what they are, the price is just too high.  I like when they get the "ultimate" versions of the OT characters out there again, even if I do already have them.  I've often thought that two packs would be cool too, or even just using figures like this in whatever incarnation we have of Legends/Movie Heroes/etc.  That said, that's only if they use the very best.  I'd be up for new figures as well, and love Scott's idea for the Cantina set.  I can't say that any of them have sold super well here, although some have done better than others.  Of that remaining list, a lot of those seem like they are really boring and destined for clearance.  If they could put them out for $15 it would be better (or $10 for a super deal), although unlikely.

I've never picked up any of these sets, but if they did the vintage nod to the cantina figures I would buy that.

Didn't you guys say these would go for $25 because they sold so well at $20?

I stopped at Target today and the AT-AT Driver, Dengar, Imp Officer set that was on clearance for $10 last week had no sticker and scanned at $24.99. ???  They still had some of the same clearance items from last week, still at their clearance price.  So will new three packs be out very soon?

Saw the same thing yesterday.

Hopefully we'll be seeing new figures in this line soon, but it could be a deal like the MTT where they've already got info on their computers pretty early.

If they include the new Ponda Baba, which I've never seen, I might get a creature set. But they probably wouldn't include the extra arms.

If they make a cantina creature set, I'd like to see them drop Greedo from it and throw in an alien that is harder to get:

Cantina Set:
- Hammerhead (SAGA2 repack)
- Walrus Man (TVC repack)
- Gotal (POTC repack)

I'd also like to see them mix things up a bit with their own assortments and make these seem like a better value:

Android Set:
- C-3PO (B.A.D. mold)
- R1-G4 (SAGA repack)
- Gonk Droid (vintage paint scheme)

Villain Set:
- Darth Vader (upcoming TVC version)
- Emperor Palpatine (TLC repack, reworked hood)
- Grand Moff Tarkin (upcoming TVC, reworked plastic tunic)
