It's like the big Hoth packs and stuff...  Those were known about for a while, seen even IIRC, then were held till Black Friday or just before.  That was some waiting!

Yakface is reporting this has been found...  Hmmm.

Good luck finding it!  I really want this and the Landspeeder, so this is something cool to hunt for and limits where you have to stop rather nicely.

$25 for this thing now?  What happened to the $17 price that was floated around before? :(

Not sure I'll be buying for $25.  I'll wait for the BP to get Han's and just pick up Luke's when they re-release it (with the new Hoth Luke) in a year or two. :P

Yeah, I can live with my POTF Tauntaun awhile longer.

Destined for sale?  Hmmm.  May have to wait on this one then if they seem to have a lot of it.

My Saga Tauntauns have been sitting in a bucket for a couple of years. I don't see any reason to replace them, especially at that price.

Right now, I don't have anywhere to display another. I've got four Taun-Tauns on patrol right now.

Of course, my sons need Christmas Taun-Tauns.

$25 is too much for this.  It's not a starfighter or something.  I sense a clearance.

I don't think I've ever seen a Target exclusive not go on clearance eventually.  Not that I was interested in this thing, but I wonder where they dug that price up at?

I think it's just price gouging to take advantage of the people who feel they have to get it for the vintage packaging... especially considering the set with the Tauntaun, Han Solo and Hoth Rebel is the exact same price.

Despite the gorgeous box artwork, I think I've decided to skip this and just get the Han BP instead.  I have no problems with the older Tauntauns, but I'd like to replace one for variation.

Scored one of these to open (to use with the upcoming Hoth Luke) and one to keep MIB.

I know it's pricey, but I wanted to get all of these items scratched off my list.

Also, I heard that folks on Rebelscum are openly admitting that they plan on buying the new Tauntaun and returning the box with the old POTF2 Tauntaun in the box, so I feel much better getting this fresh-from-the-shipping case since swapping DOES occur in my area.

What a bunch of dicks.  If someone were openly gloating on that here I think we'd seriously just consider banning their account for it.

Make sure you inspect the package if you find them. The biggest clue will be retaped sides, if you see overlapped tape avoid it or open on the spot if you plan on opening. I got mine case fresh and plan on buying one more Luke set so good to know. thanks for the heads up.

BTW - All 3 exclusives are great, the only complaint I have is the color of Han's coat. I am going to experiment via pop and swap.
