Good list there - really good....

Interesting break-down and it shows that people, for the most part, are really tired of the prequels. Here are the counts:

TPM: 1
AOTC: 1
ROTS: 0
ANH: 7
ESB: 5
ROTJ: 9
EU: 2

And the interesting thing is that the two PT choices were three characters that have never been made as figures before.

Where in contrast there are 11 in the 21 OT choices that would be re-sculpts if released and heck even 1 of the 2 EU choices is a much needed re-sculpt.

Not that I hate the PT, but it's too bad that they have to support the 3D re-releases of AOTC and ROTS cause I think people wouldn't mind seeing them take a break from making PT-based products entirely.

I think also that for the most part AOTC and ROTS are tapped for really cool good figures.  Cliegg I get, and I even get Kitster/Wald...but the bulk of those lists is resculpts/Padmes

It has come a long way from wanting all Clones and Jedi from the early wishlist years.

For the OT there is still a ton of cool unmade aliens and some really wanted Vintage/POTF2 era resculpts.  I could die tomorrow and be happy with the Ree Yees and Yakface that are on my shelves.  But after they resculpted Malikili it sort of opened people's eyes to hey let's get all of those old POTF2 figures redone...hence the Ree Yees, Yakface, Lando, Han Carbo, Wedge Snowspeeder etc

No, out of the 33 voters (that voted by posting) only six didn't vote for any PT figures while everyone voted for an OT. It seems to me that PT figures are very much wanted just not as widely as OT figures.
I don't think there are that many that would like to see PT figures go away entirely but most would be quite content if Hasbro released two or more OT figures for every PT figure.

I consider the remakes of main characters inevitable, so I rarely vote for them. I'd want unmade background characters over redos of most minor characters, though I'd get Ree Yees and Yak Face redos if they made them. I haven't gotten any modern Imperial Dignitaries, so while I see the desire to make Slim Aloo, I doubt I'd go out my way to get him.

Dash Rendar is sooo 90's. I wouldn't say I'd pass on a new one, if they bring back comic packs and stick him with his droid or whoever.

I sort of am here too, and wanting new obscurity...  I'm disappointed the Death Squad Commander was so low on the list, but at this point I'd rather they got the new Death Star Trooper out in quantity...  DSC's can wait, I guess, or get customized.

I really like the list though...  Lots of stuff there I would buy.  Some I'd not voted for, but I'd still buy.

I'm open to almost any figure resculpted though, given what they can do now.  Just some of them would be tough to choke down because of current prices and the previous figure being "good enough".  That weighs on my desire for a resculpt a lot.  Nein Numb is pretty easy to want, but like a resculpt of something like a TIE Pilot isn't high on my list at this stage I guess.
