NECA Predators

Glad to hear the Elder finally arrived!
I'm really looking forward to the Dutch figure with the vest, since that's really the iconic Arnold look from Predator. I guess that's mainly because it's the cover image, so I can't wait to add that to my collection.
I've been posing my Predators with my DCUC figures (all Batman-related, because I've always felt that Batman would be the perfect character to square off against the Predator), but I think this Arnold figure will throw the scale out the window, at least as far as Batman is concerned. Harley Quinn, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Robin, etc can all be smaller, since they were smaller characters.
Luckily there's a new super-articulated Arkham Asylum Batman being released early in 2013. ;)
As for Big Red, I do like him...I'm not sure if I'll pick him up, but he is very, very cool.
I bought the Chair Suit Engineer from Prometheus last week...very cool figure, and the closest thing to the "Space Jockey" we'll probably ever get. I'm interested to see NECA's new Aliens figures as well, since mine are from McFarlane, which means they're only good for one pose. I'd like to pick up a few Aliens to square off against the Preds.

thought I would throw this in here - yesterday NECA announced that they are going to be doing a 3 3/4 Gears of War line. My first thought was "SWEET, I hope this opens the doors for the possibility of their being a 3 3/4 Predator line!"
I am not certain how many 3 3/4 lines NECA has done, but I would think that if they are doing one for Gears of War, that there should be a connection for considering a Predator line in that scale since the 7 inch scale is so darn popular.

I wouldn't mind having a Predator hanging out in my Cantina setup either...

I guess NECA has already shot down this line in a 3 3/4 scale because they say the deco is already too hard at the 7 inch scaled line. They made it sound like 3 3/4 would not be possible.

Just got back from TRU and they had 3 of Big Red and 2 Falconers. I had $15 TRU reward buck to blow (they expire after today) and I was on the fence about Big Red anyway, so needless to say Big Red is now at home and opened and on display.

I still want the series 7 City Hunter but he was gone. I am sure I will see him soon enough
