Agreed!  The battle damage on that Stormtrooper was pretty poorly done.  As for the lineup of Clone Troopers from ROTS?  I know that they're going to want to put that phase II Clone Trooper sculpt to work.  But getting 4 repaints of those Clones would be kind of lame considering how diverse the ROTS Clone Troopers were compared to their appearances in AOTC.  Here's my own personal wishlist:

-501st Clone Trooper
-Shock Trooper
-327th Star Corps trooper with kama (Felucia / Commander Bly's troops)
-Galactic Marines

I might be mildly interested if the price point were reasonable.  Maybe more like $70.

I'm not going to treat 6" figures the same way as 3.75" figures where I was game for just about any repaint, no matter how lame.  The extra cost and space the 6" figures take up have me far less interested in slightly modified figures.  I still haven't picked up the exclusive 6" four pack they released a year ago for this exact reason.

I think its a 4" scale Tantiv IV that has been shrunk down to only carry a single pilot.  Awe. Some.

Rumor Report: Intercepted Transmission from Hoth

It’s a cold and blustery Friday here in Minnesota/Hoth, and a new rumor has risen over the frozen horizon. The exact details are coded and the source had a self-destruct, but it’s a good bet that the Empire (Hasbro) knows it’s coming and Darth Vader is seeing to it personally (as a pack-in).


I'm getting Imperial Probe Droid and Vader from this.  The optimist in me wants this to be a Star Destroyer or Hoth playset.  Or is this going to be a 2-pack?  Hmmm....

Wasn't the probe droid rumored for the 6"?  I don't remember for certain but I believe Vader was going to be re-released.  Of course, Vader is always in circulation so it could be 3.75" as well.

A ROGUE ONE/A NEW HOPE version of Vader is in the pipeline for the 6" figure line, and that got announced a while back complete with an official image of the figure.  This seems like it's something else, especially with all of the TESB mentions in the posting

It's gotta be vader with snow elements and the probe droid with all those clues.  6 inch style would make the most sense.
