Invisible Predator with Green Blood:

Black and White Rocketeer:

Maybe screen accurate was the wrong phrase...

More technically accurate?

No, i think you were right the first time. Brian Flynn said this himself over at RS.

Dang, I need that Predator figure too.

Yeah, I want all three of them...

There was one Sloth on eBay when I looked this morning, they wanted $60 for it.

I'll have to watch the movie again but I don't recall eggs being just a solid OD Green color, or charcoal, haha.  Pretty sure they were a bit more elaborate. :)  But they're definitely green and not black, so I know what the guy's saying.  There's just no paint detailing is all.

Like I said, "Screen accurate" to me would imply a pretty elaborate paintjob though and that doesn't jive at all with a "retro" playset feel.

I think that the surprise figure eggs were painted though, weren't they?  Multi-colored, kinda realistic.  Those reminded me of the Hot Toys Snap Kit eggs that the last series of figures came in.  They're 1/6 scale as well, but closed.

Are the playset eggs removable from the base?  They look it.

This is the Hot Toys Kane/Egg thing and I wish they'd mixed the eggs with the base...  green eggs, charcoal base, would look pretty cool and break the colors up without adding paint and detracting from the 70's playset feel.  :-\

I'd buy just the eggs!

Not bad for sdcc exclusives...  I've not bought into the other lines yet but I am tempted.

The order time for the base was extended 5 days.  So now more time to mull one over.  Ugh.

Got my Egg Chamber playset today! Will be cracking it open later and will provide a full report. I really liked the blind bagged eggs too, well, not so much the concept but the execution was marvelous. I was able to get 2 from my SDCC connection and picked up 3 more on eBay today for around $35 apiece. Just three more to go for a complete collection.

I was just coming here to post the same thing!

This is very encouraging IMO as I think there is a greater likelihood now we will see the other lines start showing up soon too - BTTF, Escape From NY, Firefly, etc.

I was not overly impressed with the Rocketeer sculpt really, but I'm sure he looks much cooler with the helmet and rocket pack on.

I saw Mal and Jayne at V-Stock and I guess I'm underwhelmed.  I would really love to get them because I love Firefly, but I guess I'm spoiled be decent likenesses and articulation now.  Plus the head looks kind of wonky on the body... out of proportion, I guess.
