I just wonder what kind of a world we live in where a bat dressed up as a man gets all my press!  :P

Super7 has been teasing some cool stuff for SDCC coming up. The Kirby Lord of Light figure, some new Alien stuff....also showed some prototypes for the upcoming Iron Maiden Eddie figures. Pretty sweet.

Star Wars inspired repaints of THE WORST

It's funny they chose Death Squad Commander to do...i'd like to think it was a mocking of Lucasfilm's refusal to allow such a repaint in the  actual Star Wars merch.

Watch them do that again and make The Gas Phantom into BOBA FETT. Batula as Lando. Black Falcon as ....Snowtrooper? Robot Reaper = Yoda? (Or is Batula up there the Yoda homage...I though they were all ANH, but Tusken Raiders aren't green and their sticks aren't orange). Snake Tutt as Bossk. X as...not sure.

Man, they make it hard to resist stuff.  :D

I think I will have to at least get Robot Reaper as he would fit in so well with the actual vintage stuff. Gas Phantom a close second.

Super 7 had some sweet new Horror prototypes on display in their booth last night...Nosferatu and the Misfit Fiend looked particularly cool. Hitchcock seems like an odd choice to me, but whateves. They had a listing for King Diamond too but no figure. Can't wait to complete that Mercyful Fate box set!  :D

I'm still pretty tempted by the "Star Worst" repaints they have at SDCC.  Yeah, I know it's gimmicky, but I kinda like them...

Super 7's remaining stock of SDCC exclusives will be available to purchase at their website starting tomorrow.  :)

I just want that Lord of Light figure and I am good.

Just the Trapjaw for me I think.  I'd like the Merman too, but they went off and packed it with a carrying case again....

I just got the Lord of Light figure, and even with shipping it came to less than $20, so that's a win in my book.  :)

Good luck Rob! I didn't see Trapjaw listed but maybe it just didn't pop up under "sdcc".

He's listed now.  I'm trying to order him and the wave 3 He-man figures and it's only giving me an option for $23 shipping via priority mail.  That's kind of absurd for 7 little figures that weigh almost nothing.

Ugh, I've always thought their shipping charges were outrageous too, and there is no free shipping even if you spend $1000. I paid at least $25 for shipping on the case of blind packed Alien figures, and that was well over a hundred bucks.

Yeah, and quite frankly their shipping charges just cost them a $90 sale, because to skip $18 worth of shipping I just bought the trapjaw for now.  I'll worry about wave 3 later.

Holy schnikey!  That's a lot to ship something.  I was just saying shipping on something I bought was pricey but that's nuts.

Yeah, for $23 I'd expect someone from S7 to hop in a car and deliver it himself.
