6" Black Series Store Finds and Recent Purchases

Found another full case of SOLO figs at Walmart last night when I was grabbing the Kylo Ren exclusive...they all rang up at $5 too without any intervention necessary, so they appear to be officially in the system now. Nice deal there!

I found a wee box of Porgs at the local GameStop yesterday at lunch after I happened to walk in right after they cracked open their shipment for the day. I would like to grab another if I see them again but it seems like stores are getting very low quantities.

Found the Solo wave at Target last night. $20. Very cool. Han turned out much better than I expected.

Found the Solo wave at Target today as well. I must have missed Tarkin (at least I thought he was in this wave). They had 1 Jawa, 1 DST, 2 Han Solo, 1 Lando, and 2 of the troopers. The new face printing technology continues to be impressive.

I picked up Island journey Rey and DJ today at Target.  Gotta love the $9.98 sales on 6" Black Series figures!

I saw all of the Solo wave (except for Tarkin) at Target yesterday too. GREAT looking figures, so much better than past 6 inch figures. But I'm waiting for discounts. The only figure I'd pay full price for is Tarkin.

I'm debating hitting the two 24 hour Walmarts near me, but I'm also thinking getting up early might be a better plan.

So I guess today is not actually a thing?

I hit two Walmarts and three Targets early this morning on my way into work and all I could find was one lone Dewback on the top shelf at a Wally. I didn't see any new figures of either scale, no vintage stuff, nothing else at all.

I figured this would be more of a "soft" launch but I didn't think it would be imperceptible. 

Holding out hope GameStop might come through with Qi'ra or 4-LOM for me, but I'm not too optimistic at this point.

I saw Black Series at both Targets I went to today (actually bought a few at one last week), but no sign of the exclusive Chewie, Tarkin, Qi'Ra, or 4-LOM. One Dewback set between the two stores.

6" Solo Chewie is not a 4/13 product... have heard from a few sources that its going to be closer to May 4th weekend or later (movie release) before he makes it out.

I played hookey from work today to run some errands, and stopped by a few stores. Walmart had the same empty shelves they've had since they pulled the good figures when those $5 sales started. Target had the same empty shelves they've had since... 2016? I found everything new at Gamestop

I wound up pulling the trigger on some 6" TBS wishlist items I was tracking on Amazon when the prices dropped temporarily.  Incoming today - Han Solo (Solo) and Tarkin.  And in a couple of days the Rangetrooper.
